Very easy to strip treads other then that they do the job

The first pair stripped very easily, and I had 30 days to ship them back with a new pair replacement was requested and less time than that after they arrived. However, my schedule is busy I had other projects in front of after receiving the second pair. I shipped them back 2 days late and received no refund and no decline of refund or questions. I will also have to replace the second pair, so I have lost on both orders.
