I bought these pants to use trekking around k2 in Northern Pakistan. Here are my thoughts after two weeks in the back country of the Shigar Valley. Wish they had front zipper pockets, very baggy better fit would be nice though bagginess meant easy mobility and kept warm air around me - never felt cold in these amd never wore long johns with them - they have a liner so they are reasonably comfortable against skin, wish they were more breathable - could get hot and sweaty when sun came out, Better fit would also mean less worry of catching on things, those are the criticisms but for the price the kept me warm and dry. They kept the wind off. You can roll the waist band for a shorter inseam and better fit :) they dried nicely every night at the bottom of my sleeping bag. If this is your price point they are good. They served me well at zero degrees with wind at 17,000 feet. If you can afford $100 plus you can get better though I think rain gear is tough unless you are spending $350 on North Face Expedition quality high tech gear ( or similar quality. ) anything less will always have breathability problems and or eventual soaking problems. I was on a serious budget and these did the trick. When I got home my wife asked if she should throw them out and I said. I want to by better ones but for now these do the trick so I think I should wash them and keep them. Always good to have some water proof wind proof pants.

These pants seem great, but are a fit too snug, especially when wet.Sadly, I didn't have the opportunity to use these in the rain until after my returns window closed, and I have no other method of contacting the seller other than this review.

My husband and son mow grass and they love these rain pants. They keep these in the truck so they are ready for that pop-up shower. They dry out quickly and go right back in the truck.

Do you ask that they be trendy? No.Comfortable? Not really.I'll cut to the chase, there's only one thing you truly ask of rain pants: to keep rain on the outside of them.These pants failed completely in that regard. Is there any other selling point that matters? Icy cold water trickling down my crotch for 30 miles. No fun. Crap pants. Asking for a refund.

Works great in the rain, I am 6'2 240 pounds and they fit comfortable. Baggy enough that they are not tight, but tight enough that they are not to baggy if that make sense. I wear these under a pain of riding pants. The ankles have a zipper amd velcro strap so you can pull them over a pair of riding boots. Great Buy

I purchased the top and then these bottoms. Both run a little smaller than the size indicated. They do work to keep you dry, but you might just have to go riding in skivies if you go by the sizes indicated. Apparently when designed, they did not accomodate actual clothing under the items. By a bigger size, and you should be fine.

These run tight on my 34-36 inch waist. The build quality is nice. The zippers on the legs work well, and the extra material on the bottom of the legs hasn't melted on my bike yet. I have used these in the rain 5 times so far, but only for about 10-15 minute drives. My butt and legs are dry after I get to my destination.
