Well I’m impressed. My skillet arrived tonight just in time to put a nice sear on a slab of tenderloin. It heats evenly, the handle easily snaps into place, it’s nicely weighted and is NOT unnecessary heavy. I cooked the steak on almost the highest heat and yet… after cooking I could have cleaned it with a paper towel. It’s the best nonstick skillet I’ve ever used.

Great square frying/griddle pan. Super easy to clean - I hand wash all pots and pans out of habit but it is dishwasher safe. Love the 2 spouts for pouring. Given other top name brands, I am very, very happy with this product - and great price - and use it alot! Alot! Only thing is trying to find a square splatter lid - found one on Amazon and awaiting arrival - internationally - which I found very surprising. It was a challenge to find a square splatter lid and I do not know why. Other than that, it is a fantastic pan.

This pan is an excellent buy. It cooks great and is so easy to clean. Plus the handle coming off for easy clean up is great as well. I would purchase again!

I absolute Love, Love Love this pan. I use it for everything possible, mostly use it to bake & broil meats and everything comes out Perfect!! It's so easy to clean; I've even used it for my BBQ Chicken and all I have to do is soak it for a few minutes in detergent and it cleans up like new. I haven't used it on top of the stove yet, but I love that it has the detectable handle feature as well, it's an Awesome Pan!!!

This is my third grill pan and the best one. It is lite weighted than cast iron pans but good quality. Removable handle makes this pan perfect to use in oven too. It’s easy to clean and maintain.

This is a really good quality grill pan. Very easy to clean.I found out every time after the use of it, just take some paper towel wipe it down and pick up all the greases. And rinse with warm/hot water, don't even need dish washer detergentsThe only draw back is the that red silicon handle grips are keep falling out. Not sure if that is the design flaw

i read all the specs before I placed my order as the induction cooktops are very temperamental as to what will work. So having read that induction cooktops were ok to use this frying pan imagine my surprise that it is totally useless on my cooktop.Very unhappy with product.!!!!!!!

For those tired of dealing with the “hooplah” of cast iron, and want something that is easy to use, cooks great, is light weight and cleans up in a flash, then buy this!! That is why I bought it . I have a beautiful cast iron pan thatprofessionalchefs say to use because food cooks best in them but its a farce. It doesn’t cook so Unbelievably better that it is worth breaking your back getting it out of cabinet and not being able to handle quickly and not be able to move it w one hand Bc it is so heavy, having to deal w rust spots, worrying that you are injesting real iron and getting poisoned Bc it looks like the pan never truly comes clean, dealing with the olive oil after and then putting that slicked pan back in your cabinets and getting oil everywhere — yeah no!! I’m Done. This pan is the greatest thing.Lightweight, easy to handle w cleaning in sink And using one hand to move it around to it get out of your cabinet, food cooks and tastes great and the best part ? Is that it cleans up in a flash even if you have really “burned” your steak or veggies on it. Well worth the money And I would have paid but I paid for my “expensive “cast iron pot. I would’ve paid more, because this is much more user-friendly and cooks better

This is the fourth grill pan I have purchased and it is far superior to all others in every aspect.My first test is chicken "with" the skin on as most so-called non-stick grill pans will cause the skin to stick to the pan thus making clean-up more tedious as well as losing my one favourite indulgence, the crispy skin. The Moss and Stone Grill Pan performed above my expectations. Without any oil or spray all the pieces of chicken grilled evenly, crisply and did not stick at all. Every drop of fat spilled into the side wells thereby resulting in delightfully non greasy, crispy pieces. A chicken breast with no skin cooks with the beautiful grill marks and tastes wonderful.Then I love a beautiful grilled salmon steak without losing the skin or the fish burning and drying out. Again, the Moss and Stone worked effortlessly to grill 2 large pieces of salmon steak seamlessly.The design is brilliant and heat distribution is perfect. I spread out each piece of chicken so that some pieces were not even touching where the induction plate bottom sits. Every piece from side-to-side and in the middle cooked at the exact same time and grilled thoroughly.Clean-up is an absolute breeze. I never wash ANY non-stick or other cookware while it's still hot. I wait until it's warm or completely cooled. I simply drain out the oil left from the food using the small drainage cut-out and then wipe any excess with some paper towel. Then simply put the grill pan in some sudsy water and using the towel that comes with the pan or whatever non-abrasive sponge you use (personally I use a silicone sponge as it does not harbor bacteria and is antimicrobial) and lightly wash the pan. Voila....sparkling clean!The silicone removable handle covers are also a great help. I keep the grill pan in the bubble-wrap that the pan came in to ensure no scratches occur while storing with other cookware (my storage space is limited).All-in-all the Moss and Stone Grill Pan is a fantastic grill pan and I look forward to many more delicious meals including grilled veggies (which I luvvvvv) for a long time to come.Happy and Healthy eating everyone!

So far I used this pan for burgers, sausages, pork, and chicken. Each time I used it together with cast iron bacon press (be careful not to drop it) on medium heat. I was very pleased with results. Cleaning is so easy. I leave it to completely cool down then rinse with with hot water stream. So far everything was perfect. Of course I used dish sponge and dish detergent to clean properly. I used very small amount of lard or EVOO and nothing stick to the pan so far. Only thing Is that I wish is that manufacturer make it in smaller size. I would highly recommend this pan to anyone.PS: Oven glove that came with this grill pan is ok but cleaning cloth is wow: When I touched it I realized it is too nice for purpose that was maid. First I cleaned some old glasses and got amazing results. No streaks, no lint no residue of any kind. After that I tried cloth for cleaning my camera lenses and I was amazed. Perfect results this size of lenses cleaning cloth one would pay over $50 (I checked it) and I got it free with this grill pan. Obviously I am more than satisfied with my purchase.:)
