Item was received intact. However the PEPPER shaker had the "P" stamped" twice. I asked for a replacement. The response, the replacement AND the return through Staples was quick and easy. The replacement item was exactly what I wanted. Worked out well and was well appreciated.

We have had these for a long time and they have lasted with my 4 kids so I would say they are durable. They look just like they are in the picture and they let out the right amount per shake. Definitely a good buy.
