How to install the case
1. Please find the 4 clips for top cover and 4 clips for bottom cover.
2. Please attach the bottom cover at the hinge location first. There are 2 clips to seure the back side of bottom cover.
3. Apply gentle force to the 2 clips at the front side of bottom cover.
4. Please attach the top cover at the hinge location first.
5. Apply gentle force to snap on the top cover.

It fits the laptop well and provides some support I’m sure, but the black finish shows all sorts of smudges from just the oil on your hands (not lotion or something like it looks like). Just looks unprofessional and unappealing for an Apple product if I’m being honest. And I’ve tried every way to clean it including a steam cleaner which doesn’t help at all. My old one came with keyboard protector too which was nice. So it works, but it’s not sexy 🤷

The purple color is lovely and it fits my laptop perfectly. Soft to the touch. I already had a blue one that held up really well for about 3 years. I decided to get this new one after the corners started to crack but I kept the key protector I had from the previous one since this one doesn't include one.

It protects my Macbook from getting scratched and I like the available colors to choose from. It does show oils if you touch it after applying lotion but it does wear off after a while. I have had mine for a year and it is starting to crack in a couple places but still like it.

The product fit my laptop fine but I also felt it was very tight. Turn out the way the plastic clips onto the screen creates lots of pressure and could cause fractures or breaks to the $400 Retina display. I believe a laptop skin or a sleeve is enough to protect your laptop without any additional risks. I won’t be using it as intended to avoid a possible damage.

This is such a great case, I love how sleek & soft it is. It was super easy to snap on, it’s super light weight. It fits perfectly! The functionality of it is perfect. It’s such a low price for such a great case! This case has kept my Mac book in perfect condition!

As a violet girlie but doesn’t want a shocking violet but a subtle one, the lavender is great! Tho pretty prone to scratches. If you only store it in your bag with alot of stuff in it, but you can face it the other away from the stuff so it wont get scratched. Still amazing

I wanted a semi-translucent case, one that showcased the Apple logo, and this one does the trick. It is very easy to install and, albeit thin, has a stylish look. I love the teal color as well as it complements my silver MacBook nicely.However, a large downside to this product is how visible the fingerprints are on both sides of the case. Simply touching the case leaves an oil stain, and after one day of usage my laptop appeared as if someone rubbed vaseline all over it. And I don't even have overly-oily hands, so I can only imagine how irritating this will be for someone that does; it cheapens the look of the MacBook.I tried cleaning the case to remove the stains but I was not successful. The cleaning agent seemed to smudge just like the fingerprints, which were still visible. The case is thin and does not offer much protection, so any buyer should really just consider 3 other options:a) Buy a different case that will actually protect your MacBook;b) Buy a cheaper decorative case if you are interested in stylish appeal;c) Go coverless since you would have to clean your MacBook constantly just like you would with this case, and you wouldn't have much protection either way.This case is very disappointing and not worth spending your money on, unless you don't mind the inability to keep the case clean. Otherwise, it comes in pretty colors and your MacBook will look nice. Dirty, but nice.
