We purchased this for my daughter for her birthday. After speaking with her piano teacher this piano was recommended as it comes with a pedal.Overall the size is good, and it has good sound. My daughter really enjoys playing it. She likes the keys and weight to them. The pedal can be unattached if you don’t need it, which is a nice option. There is also the ability to use headphones with it, so we don’t have to hear her playing if we are working. The only issue I have was that it takes 2-people to get the legs on and to get them to the proper height. It is a little hard to hold the piano and get the lock secured, but unless you are going to be adjusting it a lot that is not a big deal.Overall we are extremely happy with the purchase and love hearing our daughter get her practice in everyday!

The tone is a little twangy but it's fine for what I need. I would want a higher quality piano for more advanced piano playing but since I'm only using it right now to pluck a few keys to get a tone and learn to sing songs and not actually play piano, this works just fine. If you want to play piano and not just have something to mess around with every now and then, I would recommend a higher quality keyboard. If you just want to mess around and maybe just need something simple to pluck a few keys, then this will work just fine.

I played piano when I was youger and didn't like it. However, as I got older my progression on guitar and drums (the instruments I always wanted to play growing up) sparked a more sincere desire to pick piano back up. That's why I ordered this keyboard. Setup was really easy. The keys are nice size and texture, but they're noticibly harder to push down than keys on a piano. The volume is based on how hard you push the keys, so it's possible to play more dynaimc music. The pedal works well, it just feels different to push than a normal piano pedal. This kyboard does have a lot of nice featuers for the price point. There are 380 different sounds to choose from. There are also hundreds of different tones that can be applied to each of the sounds. There is an opion to pitch up or down. One feature I'm having a lot of fun with is the recording function where you can record what you play and play it back and then play along with what you played the first time. There are several other features like a metronome, headphone jack, and audio in. I haven't had time to try everything out yet, but the options I have used have been really nice. I think this would be a good, economic option for teens-adults learning music who don't have the option to get a real piano. For seasoned players I don't know if the key weight would be ideal. I think the keys would also be a little too hard for young children learning piano. For what it is, I think it's a good value for the price, and I'm looking forward to using it and learning more.
