I used this to create a weather tight cover for the blade nut access hole in my bush hog deck. It tightened into place and doesn't seem to mind the beating it takes due to hours of heavy vibration. All is good!

This was exactly what I needed. It fit perfectly and was easy to install. Took all of 2 minutes to get the cover into position and tighten down. Note: this wasn't a 100% air tight seal. There was still a tiny cm gap that still was visible around the entire circle from an imperfect fit, but nothing that lizards and frogs or even big bugs could slip through which was my main concern.

So I noticed there are a large number of bad reviews on this product related to it's actual size and for some reason the seller is still advertising this falsely. The dimension of the recessed area that fits the knockout hole here is 3 1/4", which isn't even a standard size for knockouts so this is going to be a waste of your money. The total width of the plug is 4 1/2".

I had a 2" knockout missing at the bottom of my meter base. This was easy to install and closed that opening with no gaps.

I bought this to cover a knockout in an electrical panel. It worked fine, but I didn't realize I needed access to both sides. Fortunately, I hadn't finished some drywall repair and was able to unscrew some of it.The knockout fit the 1 5/8 hole perfectly, I was concerned I may have to make the knockout larger. It was a like scary installing it, I could just see dropping the backing bar down into the wall. In hindsight, I possibly could have tied some thread through the screw hole to reduce the chance. But I was careful and it all worked out.

was just what I ordered. I usually use these for electrical work but this was for my dryer exhaust box to fill an open hole.

Installed it, painted it, and it should be good for as long as it is needed. If you need a plug this big, don't use the "tap-in" plugs, get something with a threaded fastener like this. Much more secure, and more weather / water resistant.
