I was interested in this product so that I wouldn't have to keep my crossbow cocked during the ride home after a hunt. I can't tell you how many arrows I have lost because of shooting them into the ground to decock my crossbow. Instead I would always leave it cocked until I got home, then would discharge in my back yard into my target.THOSE DAYS ARE OVER!I can very easily carry this with me to the woods without it getting in the way of anything. It is small enough to tote around and not get worn out with the weight of a decent bag. I just pull it out of the truck after a hunt that I didn't harvest anything and shoot a bolt with a field point into it.My weapon of choice right now is a Parker MP315. 315 FPS is not the fastest bow on the market, but I will say how impressed I was when at 20 yards my bolt only went in about 2 inches into the target. I would trust this with any bow on the market to not get a blow through. I would NOT use a broad head on it.I would recommend this portable bag to anyone that wants to decock their crossbow in the field!

This target is the bees knees as the old folk would say. I can shoot my Barnett Ghost 410 into it and it takes it like a champ! Perfect for uncocking you crossbow after a hunt. Super lightweight and easy to carry even in a car. This works a thousand times better than the uncocking bolts that break after two or three uses out of the faster crossbows. This is worth every penny.

Excelente, se supone que sirve para parar flechas de ballesta de alto poder para su descarga correspondiente, es decir de cerca, sin embargo, las expectativas se superan por mucho. Como no tengo mi ballesta acá sino con un amigo, hice la prueba con un tiro de mi arco a 320 fps y descubrí que incluso puede servir par tiros de campo con arco cuando se nos halla olvidado el parapente apropiado, las flechas son muy fáciles de sacar y sólo penetro 2 pulgadas, pesa cerca de cuatro kg. con una asa suficientemente apropiada para el peso, aunque su acabado por abajo es con grapas está feo, es un blanco bonito, no tengo duda por las dimensiones y características que cumple su objetivo de parar tiros mas poderosos de una ballesta a corta distancia. me parece un dispositivo excelente.

Haven’t given this a shot yet but I can tell from the quality that this will do just fine, nice and compact,I’m into overlanding and I like to shoot some targets when in the bush, this takes little room in my Jeep and is perfect sized.

This little discharge bag does just what it is sold for. I don't understand why people would bash it because they use it for something it was not intended for. It is maybe a target but it is not ment to shoot the hell out of it, If you need a target buy one that is made for that and if that don't work then write a review about it. The staples on the bottom hold it together just fine, Even the big Morrell target I own has staples holding the bottom closed so it's not about being cheap it's how it's made but not in the discription of it on Amazon. I recommend it to people who want something to shoot into when unloading your crossbow.

This target worked perfectly fine for my Centerpoint Sniper 370. I didn't pay attention to the dimensions when I purchased it and only looked at the picture of the guy holding it at his side. It was almost laughable how small it seemed pulling it from the box. That being said; this worked great to sight in my crossbow, and now I should only need to use it after unsuccessful hunting trips, so the small size is nice considering I'll just leave it in the bed of my truck. I did have one bolt pass nearly through it at 20 yards and ruin the vanes(it was about the 10th shot into the target), but aside from that, it seems to stop most of them after about 10". Definitely worth the money for what it is.

This is a great little target for discharging your crossbow into after a day of hunting. It saves me from dragging around a bigger target or buying one of decocking bolts. After I get back to the car I set this about 20 feet away and shoot into it with a target arrow. Don't shoot a broadhead into it. It's stopped all the arrows well before the fletching and they were easy to pull out. It's also good if you have to resight your bow for some reason. It's not meant to be a full time target so don't expect it to hold up to a lot of target shooting. If that's what you are looking for don't be cheap and buy a full size target.

This target works great! I bought it to use in target practice and as advertised as a discharge bag post hunt. At about 300 feet per second from 10 to 30 yards, bolts don't pass through the back cover, if they even reach it. As should be expected, bolts are easy to remove. The bag is durable in construction and lightweight. It's an easy carry down the trail. Can't say anything for extended use, but it's holding up to practice so far. Well worth the money!
