I really like the Moroso Oil Pan Stud Kit. While this kit has M8x1.25 studs, some have M6x1.0. I do use them for Oil pans, but they work great on most anything that requires a secure fastener of that size and length. I have used them on Timing Covers, Oil Filter mounts, Lower Intake Manifolds, Rear Seal Plates, Throttle Bodies, and many, many items found on modern and ventage engines. The quality is top notch, and the starting taper is wonderful for easy use and not Cross threading nuts. I have personally purchased over 50 Moroso stud kits in the last year.

Not sure if they sent the wrong ones or the pics are wrong, but I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived and the studs were black oxide.

They work kind of wish they had longer studs in the rear of oil pan. But the were torqued to spec and had no problems.
