The description says it is an 8"x8"x8" cake box however the base measures at 7 3/4". Therefore they do not fit the 8" cake boards I bought. Useless product.

The box is a bit flimsy, but it works well for covering the cake in the fridge. However, it’s not sturdy enough for travel. Overall, it still gets the job done.

These boxes work great. Pretty economical, so they are on the flimsy side as far as the thickness of the cardboard goes. But once it's assembled and as long as the cake board fits snugly, it is surprisingly sturdy and won't fold in on the cake. When folded, the boxes are very compact and take up very little space, which is a plus.I like that it has a window top, and that the top is separate, not an attached/fold-over, so you can fit taller cakes and tape it higher as needed.The outside is glossy, but the inside is not coated, so any bumps against buttercream will result in a little grease spot.Overall, happy with these boxes and would recommend for taller cakes.

Beautiful boxes. Not the sturdiest, but they will do. I like that the outside of them has a glossy finish. Not only does this make for a pretty box, but it was easy to tape things to the outside then adjust if needed. Will buy again.

The boxes are nixe, easy to assemble but could be a bit more sturdy. Especially when the cakes are heavier and you use a cake drum that is thicker it doesn't exactly fit into the box at the bottom. Doesn't matter that much as you still can close all sides and put the lid on. I always use tape to hold the lid in place.

It is very sturdy, high quality. I had already been using the 10" boxes from this same shop for months so i was very happy to see they offer 8" TALL boxes that I havent been able to find anywhere. However, they do run slightly small judging by the cake board. I use the same cake boards I always have and they always fit perfectly in other box brands. This one was quite snug as you can see the sides in the photo. Will still be using them as they are a better option. Very cute too!!
