I absolutely love this thing! It works wonderful. Its a bit loud but it is a planer so that was to be expected. I have had this for a few months and it still works like a charm. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Discharge shoot needs to be relocated to the side not in the middle of the planer blades very hard to change

I haven't been able to find any info regarding the relationship between this product and the Vevor. It comes in the vevor box and the item has the same description as the cheaper vevor planer.

I was skeptical when buying this. I read some of the bad reviews and thought this could suck. But it was Prime Day, I got a deal and figured I return it if I needed.Well, I haven't experienced any of the issues those bad reviews had. I'm impressed by this equipment.Out of the box, it's almost ready to go. The instructions SUCK... wow are they bad. Very small to read, and poorly translated to English. But, I have an engineering degree so I figured it out.So far, I've planed about 400 board feet and it works like a champ. A couple of flaws I've noticed.1- the stand is short. I'm tall so I'd like it 8-12 inches higher.2- the vacuum interface is worthless. The shavings get caught and accumulate at the opening and clog. I ended up removing the vacuum piece and putting on the included open piece, but even to open piece clogged. After every few boards, I'd stop to clear it.So far, those are the only flaws I've discovered. I'm a hobbyist, so for the money, this thing is perfect for me.

I was excited for this planer. Opened the box and washers and screws fell out. Missing the stand. The planer had screws/washers loose inside the machine. I got all I could out, shoved in the bag and put everything back in the box to be return. Also, while reading the manual, not only useless but full of grammar errors. Disappointing.

Don't waste you money on this machine. After a year of minimal use the cutting knives are all pitted and the end product looks horrible. The very first board I put through it had a groove on it fresh out of the box. I asked for replacement knives and if you can believe it , the don't offer any!!!

Got this for my husband because it was a great price. My husband needed a planner for his business, however if you know planners you know how expensive they can be. He loves it. It isn't as big as he wanted but it does what he needs. After he received it, he disappeared. Spent several hours in his shop "just trying it out on scrap wood".
