Used it on a few projects now. Very pleased with this product for the price. The only complaints I have are very minor and minor.1) The "On / Off" engagement labeling for the worm gear is backwards. I believe someone else mentioned this too. Does not affect function at all, just causes confusion the first time you're trying it out.2) If the worm gear is engaged all the way there is a very sticky spot somewhere along it. I am getting around it by only 'mostly' engaging it; when I do that there is no sticking but there is I believe more free play. I can make that work since I'm not doing precise enough work to need the graduations on the handle.

I ordered this product unintentionally but thought it was the correct one so I cleaned it up and checked it out getting ready to put it into service on my small mill. After realizing it was 8 inches and not 6 I decided it had to be returned and the company was very cooperative. First class service. In looking the unit over I thought it was well made, operated well, the markings were easy to read. The manual needs to be improved. The photos are poor and the diagram hard to read. The rotary table is massive. It weights about 50 pounds and it’s hard to lift above your waist and onto a mill table. If you are going to take this off and on a lot you may want to think about the weight. I can see this rotary table would be excellent in use because that weight would be useful if it is going to stay mounted. All cast iron so a lot of unwanted vibrations would be removed. The stability would be great. Once the table is locked down I don’t think anything could move it. AD2

So far everything checks out, BUT. The manual is total crap, in fact it looks like a poor photo copy of the original, it is black / white and you can't make out the parts. That being said, VEVOR has one on line and it is not much better. It's poorly written and explains nothing. Open the box and throw the manual right in the trash.OK, now for the unit. It's a rotary table, it goes round and round, it has one set of gears and one thrust bearing. As long as the top stays level with your machine and you can read the graduations on the dial what else is there. Yes it is machined nice, yes you have to take it apart and clean it. mine came with more backlash then i like but i haven't adjusted it yet. The manual is real vague on the backlash adjustment so your on your own on that one. I found a few videos on line but i they are done by guys that i think are carpenters, they only take it apart part way and do not address the backlash issue, it's like tuning up your car and changing 1/2 the spark plugs and not changing the oil filter. They check to see if it turns level, but did not check to see if it was turning true with the cutting tool ( concentricity ). You can adjust with shims for level. Now, $180 bucks for an 8 in. rotary table, i think i got one hack of a deal.Oh, the manual talks about a metal ball between two set screws, if u lose the ball don't worry about it, a lot of old machines used double set screws with out the ball. For that matter you don't meed double set screws on a hand crank.

This rotary table can not be beat for the price. The fit and finish were more than acceptable right out of the box. I did have a problem with the micro dial being etched in the wrong direction. Contacted the sellers customer service and they are shipping me a replacement part. Great tool, great price and great customer service.

Works pretty good although as I turn the table a certain way, the on/off feature go's to off which allows the table to quit moving. This may work in some instances but for now I tightened the set screw so the lever can't go to off. Other than that everything works fine. Easy to turn, the table locks work good and it seams to be pretty accurate. I used it to make some adopters from 3 hole wheel pattern to a larger 4 hole I'm going to use one a go-kart.

The drive gear or driven gear for rotation seems to be out of alignment, gets tight at certain angles along the rotation. If loosened is sloppy. for the price it's ok for hobby milling. Only had VEVOR on the label on the table box not labeled vevor.

This is an awesome rotary table for the price! It's accurate and repeatable, does exactly what it's supposed to do. The mechanism is smooth, and the controls are well placed. The casting seems to be very high quality and the machining is excellent - nice finish, the edges have been broken so it doesn't slice your fingers. I'm using it on a Grizzly G0704 and it's a great fit.

Excellent produit.
