These are a great fit for my husband who is 6’6”!They are long enough and comfortable. Have not really tried them out yet as our world is snow covered! Counting on them holding up for our trip to Africa!

Go up a size of you are not a "standard" fit. Very lightweight, long in leg, stretchy. Would prefer hikers to be more ripstop material as a small snag happened quickly. Wear for more casual hike/ walk. Good price. Love the pocket configuration. Would like 2 back pockets though.

Have spent a lot of time and money over the last year trying to find the right shorts. Have worn cargo shorts for 30 years now. Finally finally looked at all the new amazing materials that were out and of course got a couple of cargo pants that were made of the stretchable flexible material, and realize how much I love them. so I’ve been looking for a pair of shorts with the same characteristics, but also the right kind of pockets for when I am traveling. Have found some that were close, but either the way they were cut I did not like them, or the pockets were not workable for me . These shorts have the perfect set up for me. Zip pockets sideways, but also the zip pockets under the flap so you can go from the top. These are two separate compartments so you actually have four pockets in the cargo area. The material is stretchy at the waist, but not clingy at the legs . I have very thick legs, and usually have to buy shorts that are way size a couple sizes bigger to fit me, ending up with an over baggy pair of shorts. These fit just right, for me. Material seems to be good quality, and was very comfortable to wear all day in the Florida heat and humidity. They do seem a little pricey, but for what I’m looking for I think they’ll be worth it.

I absolutely love these shorts. They are light but do not feel cheap. The sizing is exactly right on with their sizing chart. They fit perfect. I love the stretchy waistband as well. The coloring of the grey shorts in the picture is a little off. They are basically a medium grey, which is exactly what I was hoping for. The black are true black and look great. I like having a lot of pockets. All the pockets on these other than the 2 front hand pockets are zippered. The zippers work well and feel good quality. I highly recommend these shorts if you are looking for a great fit and comfort as well as functional for many uses. I bought them for international travel and they will pack down tight in my suitcase.

They do the job of being shorts, and are water resistant. They will make for good fishing shorts, but not great as every day wear. They are not as breathable as I would have liked, which is why only 4 stars instead of 5.

Figured with black liners they would be hot in Florida, but they are nice for biking, yard work or kayaking. Nice cell phone pocket, take it out b4 you swim!Captain Red
