My wife saw something similar that she wanted, so my daughter enlisted me to make this purchase on her behalf on here. My wife opened them for Christmas and loves them. She had them up the rest of the season. Will be in our decorations for years to come.

When we recieved these, I was super excited until I noticed the biggest nutcracker was cracked straight down the front about 1" and had another crack further down (both visible in attached picture). Also, the nutcrackers inside were so tightly closed that they barely opened and, after finally opening them, refused to close again! I had to file them down to get it to. I gave the nutcrackers 3 stars because they are BEAUTIFULLY painted and I feel it's only right to reflect that aspect of these nesting dolls.

I really love these. our boys 9 and 2 and 1/2 are obsessed with nesting dolls and I got this set for them. our younger son loves nutcrackers so I was happy to find these. a hit. they keep him occupied for long periods of time. don't hesitate get these.
