Bought this to replace the upper shock mounts on my square body Chevy only to find out that it comes incomplete the nut that holds The shock on is missing the nut that holds the mount in the frame is there along with all the washers but it’s pretty disappointing, when you look at the pictures see the hardware and it doesn’t come with what’s pictured

Returned because I was looking for a shock adapter with 1/2”-20 fine thread bolt size. It’s not. The thread is a fine thread but a larger diameter. Did not take the time to measure exactly but seems about the same as the shock bushing diameter ~5/8”. Didn’t work for me but does come with hardware to drill and fasten on.

I purchased this product and am very pleased with them. The price was good and the parts where well made. Have used Monroe Parts in the past and was happy with them then and they are still delivering good parts today. We used these to fix the truck and didn't have any problems with installing them. Worked well on my 1995 bronco front shock. Old shock mount broke off when loosening. Used cutoff wheel and drill to get rid of old this mounted right in.
