This is a very simple acrylic organizer with removable dividers that could be used for just about anything, but it happens to be made perfectly to the width of US dollar bills! With 8 separate sections, this tray makes it really easy to organize your cash according to denomination. Since there are 7 denominations of US currency (1, 2, 5, 10, 20, 50, and 100), that gives you one extra slot for coins, a calculator, or a notepad and pen. Or you can take one or more of the dividers out to make some sections bigger.The tray is built to fit the width of the bills, but is shorter than the height of the bills. This is helpful because it makes it easier to pull out the bills and allows the bills to lean back so they are easier to see from a higher viewing position. I like the sleek, clean, modern look of this tray and it seems to be very well-made and sturdy. I do wish it at least had a lid. Or even a case to put it inside for safekeeping and to keep the contents clean and not visible to spying eyes.

This is well built, came well packaged, and I love the concept, but when I took the play money out of a couple of my different board games and placed it in this holder, they fell down inside, and you could not tell the “denomination” of the dollars because they were all shorter than the top of the stand. Play money, just kind of disappeared down inside the slots. I recommend getting the specific money that you will be using and measuring it compared that to this item’s measurements before purchasing. Had it been shorter, I absolutely would’ve kept it and probably ordered a couple additional ones!! Very nice product, just too short for my needs!

I used to go busking (street music performances) and made a lot of $1s and $5s in tips. This holds a lot of cash and has 8 compartments. I can separate them out into 4 shelves for 1s, 2 shelves for 1s and 1 shelf for 10s and 20s. (100s I'd just put directly into my wallet). Then when I have to run to the bank to deposit, they're all neatly organized and straightened to give to the teller.

Looks like real money my crew loves it. Its teaching them how to count with money. That looks like real money not fake Monopoly money
