I purchased this for my granddaughter. She was in tears when the conveyor belt did not work. We returned it and reordered the same kind. The second structure did not work either. If I could give it a "minus star" I would: but since one star is the only measurement for this I will give it one star. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS.DJ WisSeattle WA

Unfortunately the conveyer belt does not work. This is our second one with the same issue.

The colors were sad and dull, the toys and decorations were glued on as if a second grader did the gluing and the conveyor belt had a stilted motion, stopped and started only when manually prompted. Also the volume on the music was quite loud and I was unable to locate a button that controlled the volume. I was quite disappointed with this animated Christmas scene. Do not waste your money!

The conveyor belt didn’t work at all at first. I gently tugged it and it worked. Turned it off and on again a few days later at it stopped working. Requires a gentle tug to get going and then stops randomly. A shame because it’s adorable.

The product does not work as shown in video. The conveyor belt stop and needs to be manually restarted.

Paid a 109.00 for this and the toy conveyor belt doesn't work. Pretty disappointed.
