I hated my big bulky u-shaped pillow in my first pregnancy, so I wanted to give this a try. This was really great for a portion of my pregnancy. I couldn’t use it until I was done with my morning sickness because the pressure on my stomach made me nauseous. After that it was great during my second trimester before I got too big. I really appreciated the limited room it took up in my bed and I was able to keep cool (I was always really warm with the u-shaped pillow).Once my belly got larger, I needed more support than this pillow could provide. I tried using this on top of and below normal pillows on each side, but it was lumpy and uncomfortable. For the price it was a good purchase, but I can’t give it five stars since it wasn’t useful for my whole pregnancy. I probably only used this for two months. For reference, I am 5’7” and was about 230lbs pre-pregnancy. This may work longer for smaller mamas or those with their first pregnancy.

This pillow has been a life saver for my pregnancy and getting comfortable to sleep! Im very happy with it, and im glad the covers are removable to wash too. its just the right size, and i can take one side off to take to the couch or prop under my neck. Its great!

This pillow is customizable so you'll surely have the right amount and kind of support your belly may need as you grow through your pregnancy. I like how portable it is as well and how it doesn't obstruct airflow when sleeping especially since I get hot easily at night. The pillow is designed to also help you stay on your left side for optimal blood flow.

If you are the kind of person who gets in one position and stays there all night, this will work great for you. If you move around at all during the night, the Velcro is not strong enough to withstand any tossing or turning and the pillows will separate, making this essentially useless.

Girl. Listen, you ain’t getting comfy. However for me, this pillow helped, but not without its quirks.First and foremost, the Velcro. I haven’t experienced it coming apart at all. But the pillow pulls away just enough to feel the edge of it on my bare skin. I solved this with a couple safety pins.Secondly, I am most “comfortable” at like a 45 degree angle between laying flat and my side. This pillow helped really prop me to that point, which was AWESOME. Stayed firm, didn’t go flat at all.Third, I have GERD AND I’m 8 months pregnant. All I can think about is using this as a wedge postpartum to curb nightly heartburn!! So it will probably live on my bed forever!My only other comment is that although it was great on my belly, I still haven’t found a great solution for my hips. I find I have a lot of pressure on them when I lay down. This pillow does nothing for that, but that’s not what I bought it for. I bought because it is small (smaller than a regular pillow) and I share a queen size bed with my 6’1” 200 pound husband… who likes to sleep with his hands behind his head and his elbow in my side— basically the less space my pillows take up, the more there is for me 🤪.Slightly pricey, but I’ve spent more on less so whatever.I’m rating it a four because it isn’t perfect, the Velcro touching my skin really irritated me, and turning in my sleep requires a lot of readjustment. But I realize I am just going to be slightly sore no matter what, and this pillow will outlive my pregnancy in its usefulness.

I found the material to be very uncomfortable. No matter how I positioned it, the velcro was in the way and irritated my skin. I also found it hard to position in a way that actually supported all of the needed areas.

This pillow is super comfy and provides good belly and back support! Unfortunately the velcro piece that allows you to adjust the size rubs on my skin and it's uncomfortable. I'm going to keep it (just because I'm not a fan of the return process and I'm afraid it will be thrown in the garbage) but if you have sensory issues (like myself) you may not like this pillow.
