While it passes headphones audio just fine it doesnβt seem to work with my Rode VideoMic Lightning edition. So Iβll be buying another mic for the USBC phone.

Good little adapter that does the job - I needed it for an old mini (car ) cooper that has a cassette player to play to my iPhone and has old usb adapter.Made a mistake ( didnβt read reviews and to be fair some of the product information was not clear) and got another adapter that was data only and didnβt play audio - This one does !

When I first purchased an adapter I didnβt realize audio required a special version so I ended up buying this one. It works perfectly, now I can listen to my music and have private calls. Totally worth the purchase.

I have a lightening connector beats headphones that fit into my old iPhone. My new iPhone is connector C and I needed a converter. Purchased this in hopes it would work and it does. The sound quality is good and connection is stable. This option saved me from having to purchase new headphones. Good value!

Doesnβt work at all. Tried it exactly for the purpose it was advertised for and nothing. Was simply trying to connect my new iPhone (usbC) to my tablet which has a lightning cord attached. According to the description itβs supposed to work with audio and it certainly does not. It fits weirdly too, it technically fits but doesnβt feel securely connected.
