These work great in our shower. I bought enough to space them so they definitely keep us from slipping. They are easy to keep clean and were easy to apply.

These stick well and the non-slip feature work well. I like the simplistic design. I've been using for about 8 months and they're still stuck on. Easy to install - just clean the tub, let it dry, then apply. I recommend you get two packages if doing the entire tub.INSTALLATION TIP to Make Strip Placement Even: To get strips even, put the first strip across the middle of the tub, then put another strip half-way in the middle of each section - then keep applying another one half-way in-between each section. it will look better and more evenly spaced.

Like most other buyers, I clean the tub and wipe it down with alcohol. After I made sure it's completely dry, I put the strips on and let dry for 24 hours. On the 2nd day, one strip started to loose its hold and moved around. Then on the 3rd day, another strip also came apart. I didn't expect it to last for more than 6 mos, but what a major disappointment when it can't even hold up for 1 week.

I've been through several sets of bathtub treads and these are The Answer. The sticky part is highly effective and the edges of the strip are manufactured to curve very slightly down so that no water will ever get under the strip. My problem was the application. It's hard to get the strips parallel using the recommended technique of peeling off just a little bit of backing at a time and never touching the sticky part with your fingers. I used frog tape to stabilize the loose ends and I got somewhat imprecise results for being parallel. But, hey, it looks good enough for me and I think it will last indefinitely. I would buy these again.

Seem to work well so far. I feel safer in the tub now after switching to liquid body washes from bar soaps. Anyone know of a non-slippery body wash?I did deep clean the tub floor and degreased it with alcohol before installing the strips.

I had a problem with a slippery bath tub I needed easy-to-install non-slip tub strips. These fit the bill. My handyman installed them in a short time, and as strips, they ended up straight. Since they were to go in a Jacuzzi tub, I didn't want them to cover the whole tub bottom, nor did I want them to feel like sandpaper. These just cover the portion needed and don't wear the skin off the bottoms of the feet. They are the same color as the tub and don't present a glaring contrast. This solution I find is much better and more satisfactory than one of those rubber bath mats that are often seen in bath tubs.

They do provide good traction. But like any other sticker I've tried they come off the tub. And they leave a sticky residue. I have had to glue back on a couple of strips after only a week. I did everything right in applying them. But if you take baths, you'll rub them and they will start to shift and come undone.Still, for the price, if you're ok gluing them back on, they do get the job done. I don't expect them to last too long though.

Bought two sets and got them in a couple weeks ago. I scrubbed my porcelain tub with Comet, let dry several hours and then wiped it with a towel. They went on easily and have stayed stuck down through two showers a day since. Much better than a mold growing mat. They are 6 to a pack and 18 inches long.Still working June 2014. No problems.Update May 2015. They are all still stuck to my tub. Prep is the key to these sticking apparently. No problems here.
