Love, love tha cabinet, but it arrived with a small crack above one leg. Seller wouldn't do anything because we didn't catch it before putting it together.

The vanity came packed very well, lots of padding etc. It was easy to put together and is very nice.

I ordered not knowing the sink was not included. I was able to contact the company that sold it to Amazon and purchase the sink needed through them. I could not find one at my local Home Depot or Lowe’s that would fit this particular cabinet.

Modway products are trash unless you are looking for a project. I originally ordered this vanity from walmart and it came with a substantial full crack through the main frame. I had to return it. Since the reviews were a little better on amazon, I decided to try again since this vanity was exactly what I was searching for in my small bathroom.The vanity still had minor cracks and I decided it was worth keeping. Upon putting the hardware together it became clear, very quickly, that not only were the holes manufactured in the wrong spots, but a previous buyer had already attempted to put this same cabinet together. Obviously they had to return it and then it was given to me to fight with.Photos show that I managed to get all the screws in the legs in except one that literally would not tighten any further. Also, that about 2-3 holes of the cabinet will line up, but only if I turn the legs so they aren’t straight and nice like they should be. There are 10 screws meant to hold this together so 3, at best, is not efficient or safe.Modway customer service stated I just need to line the holes up as if I have zero sense which was infuriating. I will not be buying from Modway again. They would not remedy or refund stating amazon has to resolve my issue since they refused to admit the issue was with manufacturing.Amazon attempted to help, but because my only bathroom is already ripped out, I need this sink temporarily until I can find a product that is properly manufactured. I don’t feel I should have to return something unusable just to be sold to yet another person to fight with it. So, I am stuck with what will be trash and out the money too. There are better products for the same or less money. Don’t make the same mistake many of us did!!

It's well made and looks way more expensive than it was. Easy to put together and install. I had to play around with the base to get the legs to go on correctly - the holes weren't lining up, so I had to screw them in enough to make the screws catch (like half way) and then pull it to get them all in. Once they were all in, then I went back around to screw them in the rest of the way. Otherwise, it was super simple with easy to follow directions.

It took me forever to finally snag this vanity but it was definitely worth the stress and wait : -)This vanity is absolutely beautiful! The hardware is very easy to attach to the vanity. It has great height, very well made and lots of storage.Heads up...it has a hideous odor when opened, like something from a circus. Simply wipe EVERYTHING down with lysol wipes and let it air out in the garage for a few days.
