box was tore up and held together with plastic wrap. All of the pieces are damaged looks like it’s been used and returned. All of the screws were loose in the packaging

Overall I’m glad I purchased this desk and it works well in my space ( i used a peel and stick wallpaper to change the front ) the package got pretty beat up on the journey but they did a good job building a barrier around so none of the pieces got damaged- the instructions were not super detailed so it took patience putting it together.

I wish I could have 0 stars. This product was trash. It was missing pieces the wood was basically card board and it was cracked upon arrival.

This took FOREVER to put together! The instructions you get with the desk are terrible, so I had to find a video. That was much better than the direction, but the people in the video were speaking Chinese.Once put together, it's a nice piece of furniture, but not very sturdy.

First. If you do not have experience assembling furniture you WILL have trouble with the assembly instructions. I have assembled a lot of furniture and I still had to disassemble and reassemble twice due to instructions not clear. The instructions are in 10 black and white pictures, mine were faded.Second. The quality is not what I thought it would be, this is made out of pressed paper boards. You will have be very gentle when assembling when tightening the fasteners the boards are easy to chip with minimal effort. It is more sturdy than I thought it would be but still wouldn’t put a lot of weight on it.Third. Have a tray or something with about 4 compartments all the hardware is dumped loosely into a small box, you will want to separate them.Fourth. Inspect the pieces as soon as you receive the unit, the first one I got sent the box was in horrible shape and about 90% of the boards were chipped, or cracked. Customer service was very good, after I contacted them they sent me out a replacement unit, their customer service is the only reason I am giving 2 stars. Even on the second unit there were a good amount of dark spots that don’t seem to come off, and a fair amount of nicks around on it.Have a latching mechanism for the door because there is nothing to keep the door closed, I had to redneck it with stuff that I had available. Which also pushes up on The board above it so the door can close all the way.All in all for the price I would have thought the product would have been of better quality, not the value for the money. Looks nice when completed.
