I thought I'd have to replace the entire lamp after one of the original glass bulb covers broke. The original had a glass bulb cover that fit into the base and the shade that set in the base without touching the bulb. Then I found these that fit over the candelabra bulb itself. This was a perfect replacement. I removed the shade and the bulb cover and slid the replacement shade over the bulb. Perfect fit. My pics show the final result, the bulb it fit over and finally, what it replaced.The covers arrived in a strong cardboard box so no crushing during shipping to worry about. There was an easy to remove plastic sheet protecting each shade. I chose the Golden Color and it looks perfect on my black lamp base. No loose threads, it's sewn together well and the bulb attachment fits tightly. 5 stars!!! Very happy with the results.

These are very nice chandelier shades, they are a good quality as well, just not the right size for my chandelier.
