Installed the light on 12/22/2024 and loving it so far. The light is beautiful and fit with our decor. Note, you can't use a dimmer switch with this product. The single pole light switch must be in the "On" position at all time since the light functions are controlled by the remote.Also, I pushed in the cablings to near the desired height but leave about 3 to 4 inches of slack so I can level (i recommend you use a leveler) and finalize the height of the light. Keep in mind once you pushed in the cablings they can't be pulled out.Pros:1. Pack very well so there isn't any rattling in the box.2. The 4 cables that attached to the light were properly looped so there weren't any kinks after hanging the light.3. The light is made of good quality and didn't look or feel cheap.4. The light was bright even with a good size dining room.5. No flickering.6. Great value for the price.Cons:1. There is no remote holder.2. Installation instructions aren't so good but anyone with electrical product installation experience shouldn't have any problem.3. Depending on your mounting provision, the manufacturer mounting bracket may need modifications. Luckily, mine was okay. Not trying to scare anyone, but as in with any project, sometimes it just takes additional time.4. Timer is only for one minute. Odd.Overall, the wife and I love the light. I would recommend this product. It is a 4-1/2 stars product and is a 5-stars if it came with a remote bracket that I can mount next to the wall switch.

Comes very well packaged with no issues. Lightweight and appears flimsy but no need to be heavy duty as hangs about 60 above table top - no one can touch. Remote has many, many features - too many to list. Mine provides great light for a bright light breakfast or a soft light diner. Easy to install including wiring.
