This is a decent item for those who crave heat, but who don't have money to build and maintain a full sauna.Essentially, you're getting a sleeping bag that keeps you enclosed, but it has wires running throughout that will heat you up. There's arm holes that you can unzip, which I think is essential so you can escape easily when your time is up. I like the minimal interface switch that it uses for temperature and timing. And it's fairly easy to clean.A few caveats that keep this from being a 5 star product: First, this is not a product made for large people. The sack you lie in is not six feet long - I am six feet tall, and had to bend my legs in order to fit inside. Second, I think it's important for sauna goers to know that the maximum temperature this can reach is 176, which is a good 20 degrees below your average sauna. Also, I feel like there's a chance that some people will tell you that this burns, rather than heats. The heat coils concentrate the heat to a specific point, and that means that this can get intense in specific areas.

This came last night and next to a spa it's the most relaxing thing I've gotten in a long time. You will sweat out a lot of toxins, but the open arms allow you to stay hydrated, which makes this safer. It also allows you to use a phone or read a book.Since it's new I can't comment on how my skin has improved but it's obvious that with prolonged use it will.

Another sauna blanket - another disappointment. It feels like wrapping yourself in an electric blanket. Doesn't feel durable or well-made either.

I am so happy with this sauna blanket! It is so relaxing and takes up little space. I love that I can get the benefits of a sauna session in this convenient blanket. Socks are a “must”.It is very easy to use and easy to clean.Because you can keep your arms out to read or use your phone, time seems to go by faster.I typically pay to use an infrared sauna, but this is so convenient, and much more budget friendly.

This is an amazing sauna blanket. Comes with the perfect bag for transporting. Easy to set up and use. Provides heat on bottom and top. Easy to set temperature and timer. Has a great weight to it. Arm holes. Great for sore muscles and releasing toxins.

I found this to be useful in soothing my sore muscles after working out. It has become my nightly ritual and the blanket is relaxing and effective. The arm holes are great for reading or working. It folds up for easy storage on my closet shelf and I also take it in the car with me on trips. It’s a nice self-care ritual that I look forward to. I am 5’8” and 130 pounds and this is plenty roomy for me. Easy to wipe down to clean. I don’t use it on the highest heat setting as I prefer a warm, not hot, session.

I have always wanted to try a sauna blanket as someone that has used several of the portable sauna tents with chair. I have an extremely high toxin and mold overload, so try and hop in my sauna box when I can, but they take up a a good chunk of my room. I wanted something easier to store that still did the job. This is a nice sauna blanket, seems well made. It does have a plastic-y odor, especially as you heat it, but it subsides after a few uses. It was too much for my chemical sensitivities so had to heat the blanket in my garage for a couple days on and off to off gas a bit.Once I was able to bring it indoor and use it, I followed instructions and preheated to 176 degrees and then waited 5 minutes before crawling in. I was disappointed I didn't start to even break a sweat until 45 min in, but then did get a good sweat on. However, I try and sweat for an hour and only got in 15 minutes before I had to get out due to time restraints. It felt more like a nice warm electric blanket on a cold rainy day for the first 45 minutes, which was nice, but wasn't sweating out the needed toxins.Once I started sweating though, it was great. I did have to zip my arms in and wrap a towel around my neck to help cover the open hole to get myself sweating. If you are looking to immerse yourself like that, just know, I'm 5'10" and my feet were hitting the bottom of the bag. Also, if you want to tuck yourself all the way into the bag and not have your upper body out, the arm holes are a little high up on the bag, so to use them you have to scoot your upper body out of the bag to mid chest or your arms will be too low. I would never sweat enough if I left my arms out, so that didn't work for me.Overall, it does the job, just takes longer than I'd like to get there. It's a better value than the sauna tent and easier to store and possible transport. It's like crawling into a heated sleeping bag.

I recently started CrossFit...and let me tell you...the ache my muscles experience the next day is UNREAL. This is absolutely wonderful! It allows me to relax and read while also detoxing and soothing my aches and pains...helping my recovery time week to week. I can't wait to see how my skin improves with this as well since I suffer from HS so I'll take anything to help! This is great for a little self care without breaking the bank.
