The mister system works amazing! It lowered the temperature at least 20 degrees, didn't leak and had a perfect fine mist! We did decide to install the brackets with screws (#4 x 1.25" wood screws) instead of the nails provided so we could remove and reinstall more easily. Our choice :)However, I just want to say that their customer service was by far, the best customer service I have EVER dealt with! A++! USA built, mfr and service! Please buy from this company! They are great and so is their product!

Fantastic for cooling the patio during a scorcher.a spare nozzle or two could have been added in as they are obviously the weak spot in this tool.even a place to order them from.i over tightened one and the nozzle came off in my fingers.still my fault, and other than that a very ice way to cool off while relaxing during the hot spell.

It was easy to install and it works but it’s overpriced for basically being a thin hose with spouts. No matter how low the setting, the mist does not evaporate on contact like advertised. It’s just like using a sprinkler, so we pointed the spouts away from us so we wouldn’t get wet. It did cool down there area we used it in so it’s still useful. Would be better priced at $15.99 for the value.

Happy with the product and it’s performance. Wanted a complete setup I didn’t need to assemble. This was exactly what I wanted, minus the plastic nozzles I saw from previous reviews. I decided to not even put those on and bought brass nozzles along with this. Tubing feels of good quality and the plastic bridges feel sturdy as well.Came with a timer attachment and nail U-rings to nail to your point of attachment. Didn’t know that was included. It feels cheap, but I installed it and we’ll see if it has any issues.

good product, works as expected, very easy to install. Loss of 1 star as one of the mister heads has randomly become plugged after minimal use. Updated. Buy extra heads they become plugged fairly easily

This was a very easy item to set up. You take the hose out, screw in misting heads, plug the mister hose into water line, check mist pressure, and secure mist hose to ledge near roof of patio. It was easy. The only minor issue is that few mist-heads not face in the same direction, because the hose gets slightly twisted as it is secured to ledge. It is not a big issue. The mister works well. I could sit in 105 degree heat and read comfortably, with the mister on! My only concern is that most of the mist seems to turn away from the patio, mostly because of breeze patterns. I have been thinking about moving the misters from front of patio to back. Overall, my family is very happy with the purchase.

Built simple, easy to install and works fantastic. One nozzle seems to use 1/2 a gallon per hour (according to the manufacturer) if its on a whole hour at 60 - 80 psi. Mine runs on an automatic irrigation timer for 20 minutes per hour at 40 psi, so it may take a 3rd less. All in all it turns out at 10 liters per hour (20 minutes running time per hour) with 16 spray nozzles and it really cools a way bigger area comfortably down than what you d think. Very great idea and I highly recommend it !

On receiving the misty mate we found that 6 of the plastic nozzels were split and after installing it after taking of the end bit of the hose 2 more split will now have to buy brass nozzels

First, this product DOES NOT come with a pipe thread connection as stated in some reviews. The threads are garden hose threads and connect right to the outdoor water supply, plug and play. (my case, brass Y-Valve. I installed this on a cable suspended 8 - 10ft. above our deck along the rail. I used wire ties and the installation looks great and works even better. Total installation time, not counting the cable run for support was about 50 minutes including wire ties. Our deck is next to a black top driveway/parking area and the deck gets way too hot with the sun beating down on it. I also installed a Coolaroo Square Shade Sail adjacent to the misters. The deck is nice and cool, even when the sun is beating down on the black top.
