UPDATE: I CHANGED THE STAR RATING TO A 5. I CONTACTED THE COMPANY ABOUT THE BROKEN PIECE, THEY RESPONDED QUICKLY AND HAVE SHIPPED THE BROKEN PIECE SO I CAN FIX IT. I LIKE HOW THEY QUICKLY FIXED THE SITUATION. Im giving this hydro a 1 because after 2 months of use the mister broke, no bubbly water. It's so unfortunate because the plants were growing great. What a waste of money!!!

We purchased this for Christmas and my daughter and I have easily been able to grow a wide verity of herbs! My 9 year old grabs a few leaves to stuff in her mouth every time she passes by. It’s awesome and easy.

Great item. Received as a gift and thoroughly enjoying watching the plants rapidly grow. Was easy to set up. Took no more than 10 minutes. The Misting feature is super cool! Will probably be ordering another one soon.

Got this as a Christmas gift for one of my best friends who was bummed that she could no longer grow out in her garden due to it being winter time. This is a perfect addition to her kitchen so she can now grow all year long. I really appreciated how easy it is to set up, and how the product grows with the plants and comes with all of the supplies needed to start growing hydroponically.Will update the review in a few months once I get some feedback from her

I cannot say enough good things about this hydroponic growing system! As someone who loves fresh herbs and veggies but doesn’t have the outdoor space for a traditional garden, this has been a complete game-changer. I had the system up and running within 20 minutes, and it’s very intuitive to use. 2. Growth Speed: WOW! Plants grow significantly faster than in soil. My basil, mint, and lettuce were ready to harvest in just a few weeks. 3. Compact Design: Perfect for small spaces. It fits on my kitchen counter, and the sleek design blends well with my decor. 4. This is a first for me and I’m using it to grow strawberries 🤞🏼. After almost 3 weeks I’m passed the seedling stage which tells me this machine is worth it. The directions have everything you need and I find myself referencing back to them regularly to ensure proper care. I can assume my success is based on this. It does state in the directions the light should be kept 4 inches from pods when starting out. This is very misleading considering it is not possible to get the light that close. My only issue with my unit is the pump/misting feature does not work. While I do not need it at the moment, I see this becoming a problem further down the line where I will fully regret not boxing it up right now and sending it back but what am I supposed to do when I have all these strawberries in the process of growing and I’m just realized this. Hoping this is an issue that can be solved with customer support. Will update accordingly. Happy growing 🌱 🪴 🍓Update 12/27: plants are growing great. I’m obsessed with the machine. Pump/misting still isn’t working but the lighting feature turns on automatically daily, my strawberries are showing daily growth and all in all I am super pleased at the end of the day. I had so many strawberry seedlings I had to pluck some out and pot them. I set those next to the machine to get the regular daily light and even they seem to be doing well. Only time will tell since they are not sitting in water. Can’t wait to continue to see the regular progress. Looking forward to what plants we will do next.
