Both items and replacement item was broken, the fan is cool, image is really cool, but on/off button doesn’t work so the only way to turn off is unplug it

This device worked well for about 5 minutes and then half of the LED's stopped working. Also the app for the device is not translated for English speaking people. Would not recommend

I like the fact that you can upload your own pics to be displayed. The colors and definition are quite remarkable for such an inexpensive device. Be careful if you are holding the devices as it spins at a high rate of speed and hurst if you put your finger in the path(trust me I know). Would recommend to anyone wanting to have a cool gadget to play around with.

UPDATE:-Was able to get in contact with technical support-Is being sent a replacement remote to fix all of the issues from belowI have been editing more videos, and have managed to hook it up to a power bank, an amazing cosplay tool!--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------CONS:-QR code for technical support is invalid, so you are out of luck if it gives you issues-Remote did not come in the package-I have reached out trying to see if I can get a remote with no response [yet]. I am using it for cosplay and need the remote, so I am disappointed that I chose to buy this specific one because of the size and the remote, only not to get a remote-App download is SUPER SKETCHYPRO-App is sketchy, off the normal store, but works well and has caused no issues with my phone, just odd that it is not in the app store [android]-EASY to edit / make your own images / videos-Insanely lightweight, I am wearing it on my wrist for cosplay-Can be powered by a portable charger. Have not tested exactly how long yet, but, that itself is amazing-Charged with USB-C so easy to work with-The images and videos it comes with are ADORABLE-User friendly app, just takes a while

Device works perfectly right out of the box. LEDS are bright and the colors are deep. It's a supprisingly clear and rich image. It really does look pretty cool.Once you decide you want to add your own videos is where things get interesting. The device only appears to be able to read *.bin files. These can be either pictures or videos. The program "5DDisplayer" is on the included memory card and that's the program used to convert almost any type of picture or video file to *.bin. "5DDisplayer.exe" seemed to convert most of the video files I tried but did close and fail on some bigger files. It does take it a while to convert files so expect to give it around 15 to 30min depending on how big the video file is.Also, I found that video files took up more space or got bigger once they were converted to *.bin... Which leads me to trying to use a bigger memory card. I couild not get the device to recognize a 64GB or 256GB cards. I tried EXFAT and NTFS as well but it didn't seem to like them.(could formatt those cards as FAT32)I have 2 complaints. The first is that this model did not come with a remote control.(I got the impresssion from the ad that it did). But honstly this really isn't that big of a deal.My other complaint is that it does not have sound... I've looked through the adds for several different versions of these and none of them say anything about sound. I really wish this device could play sound because I could watch movies on this device and make my friends and coworkers jealous.

The product itself does work and you can adjust the brightness with the remote it comes with. When uploading your own picture / video the visual quality decreases. Unfortunately the ease of use is low as the app is not in English and is very sketchy . I believe it is also a bit overpriced.

The app leaves alot to be desired. It's not fully translated into English. The device itself seems well built and solid. It gives a crisp high resolution image, though the image twitches slightly at random intervals. Overall this will work perfectly for it's intended application as the star stop our Christmas tree.

If you use an android phone (like me) is has buggy software, it errors (closes) if you try to transfer a even remotely larger sized file. Also I should mention I'm referring to the smaller 50 dollar one (16CM). It doesn't connect via bluetooth (which is what I was led to believe), it uses wifi. So disconnect from your home wifi, and (make sure its plugged in) connect to it's own wifi signal. Again, the app only worked for pictures. I did end up getting the video that I wanted on it, on it. But did so with a PC, and in that "5DDisplayer" software, which is already on the micro SD card, you want to make sure it's set for the right equipment, which for the one I bought is F-Mini18.Hope that makes someone elses experience better then mine.
