I ordered big on purpose, so the size is probably correct. I am especially glad I can use a needle and thread because we got one that wasn't sewn properly (see pink picture). There were loose threads, too. My main gripe is that the fabric content is not 100% cotton as advertised, but instead is a cotton poly blend. (It feels cottony, which is good.) They honestly look cheap with a "chunky" knit like a lightweight sweatshirt, but they suit my purposes so I don't plan to return. I do need to get out my sewing kit to fix the seam and cinch the waist (that part isn't their fault).One good thing is some of them have a few stitches to hold the rolled bottom cuff in place during washing and drying. Not all of them have that feature, though (it's only missing on one leg of one pair, so I will probably have to sew that down, too!)Also, the fabric has bits of fuzz that may or may not come off in the wash.

I really like the material for me shorts, the quality was good for its price and they were comfortable, but they do run a little big in sizing.

I ordered these thinking they would be a kaki cotton material. Unfortunately they weren't. I was not happy at first and thought I would return them. Then I couldn't find a clean pair one day and decided to use one of these. To my surprise they quality is really nice! They have a nice amount of stretch and fit my daughter great! The colors are bright like in the pictures, too. I plan to keep them and the second order that I accidentally placed. Now, I have more than enough shorts for the hot days to play in.

I bought these after shopping for long girls shorts. They claim to be Bermuda shorts which should be near knee length. The photos show long shorts. The package we received was all short shorts with an inseam of near 2 inches. I am attempting a second shipment, since some reviewers received long shorts. They will not arrive in time for a vacation my daughter is leaving for tomorrow. It is very frustrating when the item description is not even close to accurate. I hope to update this review if we can receive long shorts.

These shorts are a great fit, quality made, and an excellent alternative to the tiny and revealing shorts being marketed to young girls. Girls of this age should not be letting it hang all out, but rather dressing more modestly and appropriately.

So happy to find shorts that let a girl play hard without worries of exposing her undies. We have hand me down boys shorts, but sometimes a girl wants girly colors! These even have pockets, another feature hard to find in girls clothes.The only complaint is that you might get short shorts and have to bother with returning and reordering. That happened the first time for us, but the second order was as expected. Oh, and one pair was a size smaller than the rest of the pack, but they're soft and stretchy enough that it wasn't worth the return process. It fits well enough that we just kept them.

The material is soft and stretchy. I have a bigger toddler and requires clothing meant for older children. But I was wanting something that was also age appropriate for them. These fit the bill perfectly. Colors are vibrant and match different shirts. The pockets are a nice touch. I was worried the rolled up hems would unfurl after being washed, but they've held up nicely.
