Setting it up was simple, and it connects smoothly with both my phone and laptop. It’s really useful for printing while travelling. If you’re looking for a compact, reliable option, I’d recommend it.

Only works with thermal printer paper. The printer does come with 3 rolls of Thermal printer paper though. Description is misleading that it supports 8.5 x11, Legal,A4&A5 Paper. Tried with regular printer paper and nothing got printed. Took me few google searches and troubleshooting videos on youtube to figure out it is wrong paper. App does not offer any support or troubleshooting or FAQs.Finally got it to work. hoping not more issues.

This is perfect for what I need. We don’t print a lot and I’m tired of huge oversized printers collecting dust. After my last huge canon died I decided to go portable and I’m so happy I did. I pulled this printer out of the box, connected it to my phone & then laptop all via Bluetooth (also comes w USB cable). I downloaded the app necessary and printed a test page. Set up took less than 5 min.

I am looking for some thing exactly like this. I will say the set up was super easy, it took me like 30 seconds. Yes, you have to download an app which is kind of annoying that you have to first put the document into the app before printing, you can’t just print from your device at least from what I could see. I only tested it out and decided right away that I do not want to keep this product because as you can see it just does not tear the paper great and this is going to be for professional use. I just don’t want to hand my customers an invoice or receipt that looks like that.Great size, great idea. Just not all around what I need.

The printer is great if I need to print something on the go and I can just keep it in my bag since it's very lightweight. The print quality is also great for such a small printer and saves me money too since I don't need to pay for an ink subscription. The app is also easy to use. The only tedious part is having to rip the paper but you just need to the learn the technique. Overall it's a great printer that's perfect in emergencies.
