Bought this a year and a half ago. Just installed it on my sulky that I stand on behind my lawn mower. The rim thickness is very thick as compared to the rims that are split and held together with 4 lots. Nice aluminized looking finish too. However, the flanged bearings failed before one 3 hour cutting was complete. 400lb rated unit could not handle 185lbs for 3 hours. I guess I'll hit the hardware store and try another set of wheel barrow flanged bearings. If this rim had more robust bearings to actually handle 400lbs, maybe it would last at half that weight.

They fit my hand truck exactly. No strange odor. Holding air for several weeks now. The original tire exploded from too much air. This tire has an inner tube. I bought two and now have a back-up.

I bought these wheels thinking I could save a few dollars but it backfired. The ball-bearings are extremely cheap on this product. If you tighten the bolt the bearings won't turn and therefore the wheel won't turn. If you loosen the bolt the bearings will grip it therefore unscrewing it and the wheel will fall off. Don't buy these wheels. They're junk. I wish I could return them but I waited too long. Cheap imitation product.

I had a tire on my 2-wheel hand truck that kept going flat. I initially purchased an innertube to solve the problem, but found that it was impossible to install without special equipment to remove and reinstall the tire on these very small rims. I bought a pair of these wheel assemblies, installed them easily and ....problem solved !!

After 15 years of service the tire on my hand truck pooped out. These 10.3 tires are the perfect size. The only problem I had was the length of the axle rod was too short so I had to make one the correct length. Only needed one tire but bought two as the price was good.
