I had to return this item. I bought it because of its compact size and the ability to copy the data out as a csv file. I managed to get one file out of it. After that no matter what I did, it would not save a csv file. I followed the instructions to do an update. The problem is the website for the firmware updates is in Chinese. Please understand that I am from Texas. I managed to get to the hex file. When I installed it, the system would only display in Chinese. I tried using a Chinese to English translator. The only message it would find is "Please sign in". Not reading Chinese I had no idea how to sign in. If you are an American, you might want to avoid this product.
