Very poorly made product! You have to get your hands wet and dirty removing the cheap piece of non-absorbent cloth from the mop. There's also no way to wring out the mop! Also, the handle keeps falling off. I'm going to demand my money back!

I love the upgrade made on this Swiffer. It can be used wet or dry on the floors and to do a speed cleaning on walls, cabinets and other hard to reach surfaces. The length of the handle speeds up my tasks including collection of all the dust in all the hard to reach areas. Its built with great quality materials allowing great ease of use. I am pleased with the performance. I definitely recommend it.

I like the idea of this mop, but the handle is really short, and I have to bend a lot to use it on the floors. I wish we could buy an extra piece to make the handle longer.
