I purchased similar misters from Amazon a few months ago and loved how they work. I decided to add more to other garden beds and ordered these because they looked similar. These do not mist or atomize anything. For 99% of the adjustment range, they just emit a tiny fountain. Tighten them down, and just as the they get to the point where they almost block the water flow, they sort of emit a slight mist but there's no adjustment beyond that. I'd equate it to a tiny pond fountain rather than an atomized mist. To make matters worse, each emitter's "fountain" is shaped differently, so I had to move them around to find the best little fountain shape for each spot. Update: I had a couple of these emitters leftover and I tried them again for a new garden bed. The day after I installed them, one of the brass heads separated fromthe plastic base as others have mentioned here in their reviews. Complete rip-off!

the spray nozzle will come off during use. I fixed all of mine by using Loctite and reinserting the metal spray nozzle back into its plastic shell

Got these for 1/4" dripline to hanging pots inside of our Greenhouse. These turned out to be just perfect..!!! Absolute control over the amount of water going into the pots. We've tried MANY other "solutions" for watering hanging pots, and these work FAR better than anything else we've tried.

Very easy to install. The nozzles are made of a brass that seems pretty durable. Fit tight and don’t leak. Great value for the price. Adjustable from a streak to a spray. So much better than a drip nozzle. I have them along the porch and on hot days I will use it as a mister as I sit outside.

worst product I ever bought. All nozzles flying off after turning on water. Should not buy this product at all, unless you use for very low pressure dripping

great for misting potted plants on the deck. They don't over or under water plants, which bloom and grow constantly. Mist plants twice/day, 10 minutes per cycle and unlije plastic misters, these last and clean out easily! I gave sone that have been in use for over two years

The mist output is great. It’s droplets are very fine and the width of the spray can be customized. They are much better than most of the various plastic mist heads I’ve used for my orchids over the last 20 years. The reason for the deducted star is that two of the heads have already popped off and can’t be put back together, so they required replacement. Hopefully this is not a product defect that will eventually lead to more failures. If the ones I have installed last beyond one season, I’ll probably replace all of my misters with these.

I don't rate very often unless something is way sub par or absolutely outstanding. I had a bunch of drip supplies for my garden and needed a better mister system for the cows. I didn't want to buy another mister system when they are so expensive and so poorly designed. All I needed were the heads and these are amazing. I may have to put in some valves on them or pull a few out and goof plug the holes. I will be keeping a few extra on hand in case one fails but I really am blown away.

These work much better than the plastic ones with the flow adjusters on them. With these the water spray is all a mist where the plastic ones have mist but also a spray of drips. I use these to cool brand new trees down in the summer and it works great. Before I used misters the leaves would start to brown at the edges from the heat and have a drooping look to them. When I mist for 10 mins every 1 or 2 hours (depending on the heat), they look fine at the end of the day and some new leaves have even started to grow.
