I bought this to help me get into the nooks and crannies of cabinet doors I am regularly building. When sanding I often get this build up of dust and sand in the corners that used to only be able to get out by using a toothpick. This sander makes it a lot easier for to do get in the tight spots. Very useful for my application.

Can not put ant pressure on the item you are sanding, the device will stop working.

I REALLY wanted this small USB sander to work but frankly it does not have enough power for my needs. I am trying to sand 3D prints and this little guy just does not have the power. If I were working on softwood models or something like that it might do the job. If you need something for 3d Printing ... I can not recommend this. I will say it is built well, has a nice case and lots of attachments, feels good in the hand but not what I had hoped for.

I realize that this is a pen sander, but I expected it to be more powerful. If you’re looking for something that will work on 3-D prints and your material looks soft. It might work for you though.

Had this piece of crap for less that 12 hours and only used it for like 3 minutes to test it on a nun. Now the POS won't turn on.

This sander feels well-built and performs impressively for its size. It's designed for light-duty tasks like model work, so avoid applying too much pressure that could stall the motor. I’ve used it for several hours without needing to recharge, which is a bonus. The self-adhesive pad has remained securely in place throughout use, adding to its reliability

From the sheer number of vendors hawking this item and the many negative reviews, I really didn’t expect much. But that is the point. I only expected it to reduce the tedium of fine tuning wood 3D models. In that task it is infinitely better than anything else I’ve tried. Between a few drops of UV cure resin and this tool, I have a wood marble run performing like it was precision machined metal.
