Wish more companies acted with such integrity.I have updated my review to account for the one that DOES work!In short:1. The mini printer works great, although the software might be limited. It's a lot of "fun" stuff, and it lacks a bit on the working/office options.2. connection to the phone and app was immediate. It does disconnect, from time to time, but you can re-connect no problem and it usually stays on until you are done printing.3. The kit comes with a ton of stuff! some is very useful (more paper is always welcomed, it includes sticky paper, nice) some is more of for the kids, and that's alright. The markers are little more than toys, and my daughter appreciated the stickers.4. All in all: very nice purchase for me, works great and seller has been awesome. Pics upcoming.-----I got this as a gift for my 8 year old daughter, and we were excited to try it out.Sadly, even fully charged, devise turns off after printing only one image.As you can imagine, fairly frustrating for me and more for her.

Buy it, buy it, buy it!! I've had so much fun playing with this. Being able to print out pictures for everyone. It's so cute and quality is better than you would expect. Honestly didn't have high hopes. But wow.All my co workers want one lol

I've had this device for less than 1 month and it no longer works. If I return in this case (used). There are fees for returning Stocking, and a couple of other charges. Please do not waste your Money. Sellers use Amazon platform to sell their Junk and Amazon does not care and long as they Amazom & Partner money Never mind the consumer.

Make it to look like a cat and my granddaughter is going to want it. So, it was the perfect choice when I decided to get her this portable printer. She took it along to lunch at a restaurant and printed fun messages to the wait staff every time they came to the table. I found the a very sweet message left for me on my dresser after she went back to Utah. The nice thing is, there is no ink to deal with, just paper and occasionally charging the unit as needed. I would buy it again...
