Nice job buffing out my car. The unit seems to be made well and shows some thinking/engineering about the design. Because of my health, I use this while sitting in a chair. I wanted a unit that didn't weigh a lot and could be held easily and maneuvered, and this one passed my test. Multiple speeds and good battery life, (they give you two batteries) andeven though it took me a while to do the job I was pleased with the buffer.

I already have an 8" orbital polisher and 5.5" DA polisher so needed something smaller to polish A-pillars, trim, rims, etc but couldn't quite justify some of the high prices for the big name micro polishers. Found this and loved the fact it came with a case, 2 batteries, and assortment of pads. While the batteries are only 2000mah, once fully charged, I have not had one die on me while using the polisher. The polisher itself is very quiet, especially compared to my DA. The pads are only ok but perfectly serviceable and it comes with so many spares, I don't think I'll need to buy new ones anytime soon (I will replace them with SPTA pads when the time comes though). Overall, I couldn't be happier with this purchase!

Purchased this buffer in March of 2024 for polishing two classic cars with very good paint. Found this unit to work very well for lite polishing , minor paint imperfections and buffing. While the unit does not have the power or torque of my Griots corded buffer, it worked very nicely for my intended use for maintaining the pain finish on my classic cars. The unit is very lite and much easier to use than a heavier corded buffer. The 12v batteries each lasted approximatley 40 minutes at medium speed, but lasted long enough to finish one car applying the Griots All In One Ceramic finish.The controls and design are very erginamic! while I would not recommend this unit for restoring rough or oxidized paint, i found it worked great and was very convenient for my intended use! Unfortunatley, I got too close to my trunk latch and jammed the buffing wheel and broke the backing plate. Amazon did expedite the return and refund. As I liked the buffer I contacted Raybo to see if extra backing plates were available if I repurchased the same unit! I really did not expect a reply! To my surprise they contacted me within 3 days and offered to send me a complete new unit at no charge which they did! Excellent customer service! Very happy with the new unit and would recommend Raybo and their products!

I like it..If you read the description it states 2 AAA required yet they say included...I can tell you don't pay attention to the AAA that is false.The lithium ion batteries do come with it. What's in them is 18650s. 3 of them. It also states that it has a brushless copper core motor that is false its a brushed motor its either a 550 or 750 brushed motor used in older drills that are brushed, they are common motors is brushed set ups. They are great motors. You can see the motor to the right of the logo on the side...There is a vent for the motor to breathe and keep cool. 2amp hours will give you a half hour if fully charged pending on your speed setting obviously...I still like it.Regardless of the bad description notes...Maybe they will have a extended battery someday...Other than all this its still a nice tool.Works pretty good.

Used this on a detail and was surprised with its power. I have only used the green pads and wasn't too happy with the pad. Machine was bogging down when I added a small amount of pressure, I changed to a Griots microfiber pad and the stalling was never an issue again. Ran the polisher for at least 30 minutes as I worked around the car hitting spots with compound to remove blemishes.This the first battery powered polishers I have used and I will say I am happy with it.

I got this to get into tight spaces on my bikes and it works perfect for that job. The DA action is great and true.Unit battery life isn't the best but gets the job done and having 2 batteries ensures you'll get through your small job.Quick before and after images provided.I do wish they labeled the bags of pads for intended used or had a print out in the box, had to refer to the product page.

The small size allowed me to polish the pontoon sides to like new. It is easy to maneuver into tight spaces and the various speeds made short work of getting the right finish. Battery life just ok, definitely buy additional batteries for any large job.
