This is a nice, sturdy mold perfect for making petite versions of those cute madeleines. Madeleines = cute, petite madeleines = WAY cute! I butter and floured the pan as instructed by one of my recipes and after baking, the madeleines fell right out. No muss, no fuss. Purchased just under $24, it is a little more expensive than other mini madeleine molds, but I am quite happy with the quality.
