Great value and well done. Look amazing! Hung them from lights at work sans straps. They come in a stack. Twist them apart; do not pull them apart by the hat brim.

They are a bit smaller than I thought the would be - so just make sure that unlike me, you look at the size really well and understand if it fits your needs. Overall happy with them. They are for a 1st grade class and I think the kids will love them.

They suit the purpose they are intended for, as disposable party favors. Extremely thin plastic hats with a standard elastic string. Not impressed with the quality but as I said, they are to be disposable party favors so quality shouldn't be an issue. However, I don't think I would purchase these a second time.

These are packaged really poorly which made the brims wavy and not straight. They are really transparent as well. For young kids these would be ok, but not for adults that can see the quality.I wouldn't get these again and I don't think I'll be able to use them at the party I was planning. So flimsy and misshapen.

These little hats are so cute that it really does make me smile just to look at them. Somehow, their smallness makes them cuter and even more fun than a regularly sized green top hat would be. These tiny green St. Patrick’s Day top hats look exactly as pictured on the product page! Mine were well packed and arrived without damage or dents ! The top hats seem sturdy enough to get through multiple St. Patrick’s Day celebrations!
