I give this saw five stars with reservation. It cuts better than expected and very easy to use. The customer service department is the best I have experienced. The reservation is the chain tightness/looseness varies as the chain travels around the bar. Take it from a retired toolmaker and adjust the chain when it is at a tight place. Chech the adjustment brfore first use as it will probably be too tight as it comes from the factory. Being too tight causes excessive wear at the top and bottom radiuses at the end of the bar. Wearing heavy gloves rotate the chain to the tightest place you can find and adjust a very slight slack at that point. The chain will be pretty slack in places but I have not experienced the chain jumping off the bar. The customer service department was prompt to acknowledge my complaint and gave me a lifetime warranty and is asking the factory to address this issue. The rest of the saw seams very hearty and good battery life.Dudley

A very well designed battery powered pruning tool. Makes short work cutting through various size branches and only requires one hand to use. Two batteries included so no down time waiting for a battery to recharge.

I am surprised at how fast it cuts. I have lots of trees that need to be pruned up high. Now I can go up a tall later without dragging my chainsaw up there. I bought this model because it came with two batteries, a carrying case and three chains. I will never have to buy chains for it. Because when one gets dull I can sharpen it with a round file. Like I do with my gas chainsaws.

don't expect it to cut like a regular chain saw , it can't.it has a slower single speed motor with a small chain and cutting bar.(2 spare chain saw blades are included in the case)can it cut a 4 inch branch ? yes ,very easilyfaster and less effort than a manual saw.I cut some 4" dead branches off a tree and cut them into smaller pieces for about 20 minutes.I stopped every 5 minutes to put oil on the chain and bar, but used the same battery for all of it.the unit is light in weight , the motor will bog down if you try to cut too fast .but remember , it's not a full sized chain saw ... it does the job it was designed for.so don't expect it to cut down trees.keep the base of the chainsaw against the item being cut or the blade will jump and it won't cut very well..how long will the plastic housing last ? I don't know.the cloth gloves supplied with it will not fit a man's handon another note , the battery packs fits other chinese tools ... impact gun , drill.

This little chain saw is very manageable and easy to use. I used it right out of the box because the batteries were already charged. I cut a lot of branches of various sizes the largest was 4” hard wood. It did great. Didn’t even use the second battery because the first was still going strong.

I've had this Mini Chainsaw, 6 Inch Mini Chainsaw Cordless for a few months now and impressed with its performance. I use it primarily for trimming smaller tree branches, but it can handle larger branches as well. I've never had any issues with its lifetime on a single charge - it's always lasted on a charge for my trimming projects. This comes in a case with added accessories, which is nice. Keep the bar chain lubricated, and this thing will cut through your project with ease. I highly recommend this mini chainsaw.

When I ordered this Mini Chainsaw, I was worried about the voltage of the battery charger, but when I received it , the charger is 100 ~ 240 VAC which is suitable for all customers countries.However, I have to buy the lubricant oil separately as it's not included with the set.

This is really so handy to have! I just love this mighty little chainsaw. I am a 64 year old female, and it is so easy to use. It cuts through branches with ease. I have been cutting 4 and 5 inch branches. Having the extra battery is so helpful so I can keep on going even when I have cut 10-12 branches - I do let the saw rest for a bit because I am afraid of overheating. I highly recommend this handy saw. It comes in a case that holds everything neatly and it does not take up much space. I got it when it was on sale, and it was SO worth the price!!
