Polishing Pads

The first thing to say about this buffer/ polishing kit is that the listing says that it "includes everything you need all-in-one box" and this is very true!This is a beefy polisher weighing in at 3.85 lbs.The electronic variable speed works great and one of the best and most important features is the "slow start " . No 0 to 100 fast starts here.I wish my full size polisher had this feature.You set the speed with the dial on the rear of the unit near where the cord enters.The trigger switch is either on, or locked on. If locked on, a simple push of the trigger switch releases the catch to turn it off.This kit is a lot of kit.Lots of pads, including wool, terri cloth and foam. It includes a detachable side handle and shaft extension wrench.The 1", 2", and 3" base pads give lots of options to get into those tight spaces for detailing.The variety of extension lengths is good and they even included a carrying case and an extra set of carbon brushes for the motor.

The polisher itself is not small. It is a full size polishing tool. The buffs and extensions are good.

This is pretty heavy. In fact, it is heaver than my angle grinder. However, it polishes well and comes with a ton of sponges etc and and nice storage bag.
