These are wonderful brushes, they hold a good amount of water and paint and there is a great variation in brush sizes and styles to paint pretty much anything. In transit the brushes were all over the place in the package however there was no damage to them as most of the brushes have a good amount of sizing the protect the bristles and most had little plastic covers too. Overall very pleased with these brushes and they’re synthetic, even better!

I have been using these brushes for the last few months. I truly enjoy using them and being new to watercolor, they gave me more control than real hair brushes. Sadly, I have noticed that the number 4 round has a hook on the point. I didn't know that was not good. They have been losing hairs especially the 4 and 8 rounds. All the reviews I have watched have been very positive.. Hopefully, I just happened to get a defective set. I don't know which seller I got them from. My intention was to advise them.

Am taking a watercolor painting class (via Zoom). The teacher recommends this set of brushes and uses them while teaching the class. I took his advice and ordered the brushes, and teacher was right! Great brushes. Even a large round brush will hold a nice fine point. I definitely recommend them.

These hold a ton of water like natural squirrel hair but have a bit more spring, which I like. My favorites in this set are the 12 and 8 round brushes. They keep a nice point. I've been wanting to avoid animal fur so I will be ordering more of these to try. At this price and performance, it's easy to take a chance.

I haven’t used the big was brush. I paint mostly paint on 6x9 inch paper. I had been using other synthetic brushes and it took me some time to get used to the amount of water these brushes hold. I use mostly the 8 and 12 round and they work great, they have a very fine point for super fine detail.

These are great brushes with good spring, hold a large amount of water and have a fine point. I have higher end brushes that I paid the same price individually for as I paid for this entire set and I really can’t tell a difference in performance. The higher end brushes have prettier handles. I really don’t care as long as they pint well. I’m giving four stars instead of 5 because despite the good packaging one brush came with 5 or 6 hairs that are curled and kinky. It doesn’t seem to affect the performance when the brush is wet but it’s a bit annoying to look at.

I am very happy with this brush set. The brushes are soft and hold a lot of color just like squirrel hair. The price can not be beat.. the 2 inch wash brush and the no. 30 large round cost as much as the set if you just bought one of them. these are the best synthetic brushes for any price.

These brushes are lovely. The bristles are soft and springy, they hold an impressive amount of water, and they come to a sharp point. Sadly, however, the ferrule of the single flat brush arrived dangerously loose and shortly after became detached from the handle. Super bummer. I was able to glue it back, but the quality control here is upsetting.

surprisingly high quality for the price. they arent princeton brushes, but they hold water very well and dont fray too quickly if you use them to scuff dry paint. the big flat brush sheds a bit tho, but surprisingly the others in this set dont really shed at all!

Brushes were a total disappointment. Hairs were bent, bristles coming out of some of the brushes. Company was excellent to deal with and gave me a refund.
