This unit will handle up to a 4-5/8 in. Selfeed Bit. An extra long pipe handle helps you control the power. The 1675-6 features two speed ranges, 1200 and 300 rpm, this will greatly increase the versatility of this drill. Hi-torque and hi-speed make this the perfect choice for the heavy duty user.

The motor looked to be I. Good condition but the high speed does not work at all. It just makes a loud clicking sound. I’ll be returning it.

Same top quality and durability as my 40 year old hole hawg. Glad they haven’t changed it.

This sucker has the muscle to put a whole in anything. I had become frustrated with trying to put holes through beams in my pole-building barn with my cordless drill. This thing had no trouble. It is large and heavy, but when you need to put a hole through very thick assemblies of wood (e.g., beams sandwiched with 2x boards) for running electrical or plumbing...this is the tool. It made short work out of holes that were not possible with a regular cordless drill and bit. It has great handles including an adjustable handle on top and a pipe handle that can be inserted on either side of the drill. The handles are necessary just to hang on to this thing when it is putting a 1" whole through 8+ inches of wood. I love this drill. They are not "giving them away", but, for some work, they are the only thing that really works.

These are not the same quality as the old ones, the very first 3/8" hole we were reaming out the gears started grinding and are probably broken. This hole hawg is less than 2 months old and is now garbage!!!!

I use this drill to start a 1919 model TT ford truck. Turns a four cyl engine over with no problem.

The price was good, for this very tough grill that will knock your head off, if you are not man enough to hold it. I have been using these kind of drill for some 30 years in the plumbing industry. you have to know what gear to use and when to use the bar, and when to just man up and try to hold it. But for the most part very good drill and tough DON
