Ordered these in my size plus one for over pants and came 3x too big. 34 are more like 38. Ended up gifting them to someone that they would fit.

These pants lift over jeans perfect sized up one size. Then I cut the buttons to fit and had a tailor double stitch a hem on the bottom. These will help with cold weather and if ever going down on the bike.

Size 38, I am 6'2" and somewhere around 37, I'd say. Got them yesterday, wore over a pair of boot cut Levi's, feel great, not too tight, not too loose. Too long, but this is to be expected, will measure and cut them. On the heavier side, but then they are supposed also protect against cold and spills (knock wood!), not only look good, You wanna look elegant and cool go get yourself some "motorcycle" jacket or pants out of Danier, made of lamb skin or something, don't look in cowhides. Overall, good impression, I just worry a bit about the plastic zippers, that long. I've been having a pair of leather chaps from ML for 13 years now, took 2 minor spills in them worked very well. I like chaps because it's so easy and quick to put them on and off, and store in a saddle bag, but chaps have no seat and it can be felt on a cold morning. I have not tried these yet but they seem, thanks to the zippers and snaps, no more difficult to put them and take off quickly than chaps. Well made, they'll be great for years if the zippers hold. I saw another review when someone complains that they are: a. too heavy - explained that above b. too long - they need to be cut to length, it's normal and expected c. way too large: let me remind you that these are OVERPANTS, to be worn on to of another pair.

I bought my size. 38. and they fit over my pants just perfectly. they come really long so do screw up cutting them. if your unsure how, get a little help. i lucked out and cut mine perfect the first time. These pants look and feel amazing.

I purchased these overpants with my own money and have not been compensated in any way. This review is based on my own opinions, you mileage may vary.Honestly, Milwaukee Leather makes quality motorcycle gear.I already owned ML's heated leather vest for 2 years when I decided I needed some leather overpants for cold weather commuting and protection. These pants have heavy duty zippers in the legs with a lighter, more medium sized but still good quality zipper in the fly, metal snaps in the waist and cuffs, lining down to about 2" above the first snap in the cuffs for easy on and off, and the leather is thick and provides good wind, and no doubt, good abrasion protection.Sizing is subjective. However, I prefer to go baggy for an outer layer, not only for more room for movement but to trap air for warmth. The cuffs are easily trimmed with a good straight edge and razorblade. The pants come with 3 snap cuffs, I cut mine off about about a 1/2' below the second snap which works well with my 32" inseam and boots. Good sturdy belt loops on the pants along with the elastic panels in the waist band help customize the fit. I'll be buying a thick leather belt to match and just leave it in the loops.Overall, ML makes excellent leather motorcycling gear whatever you ride and at reasonable prices that will provide many years of use. I wouldn't hesitate spending my own money on another purchase from Milwaukee Leather.

Overpants did not fit over my jeans well in the thigh area even tho I ordered 2 sizes larger than my pant size (as was recommended). They were to tight when sitting on the motorcycle. Also, thought that the elastic around the waistband may get easily damaged or wear prematurely since it was exposed, other than that they seemed to be well made. I ending up buying another brand that fit my requirements on both counts, fitting comfortably while sitting on MC and elastic waistband covered by leather. They were also easier to get on and off.

I purchased a pair of these back in 2018 for cold weather use. I ordered a size up because I run a set of Gerbing electric liners underneath. They worked great in the cold and were easy to get on and off. A few days ago I was sideswiped by a truck and thrown onto the road. I slid about 40-50 feet on the pavement. The pants, and leather jacket, took all of the abuse with the result to the pants being a few very small holes and a destroyed side zipper. I was relatively unhurt and both my pants (jeans) and boots were not even scuffed. Will be ordering these again!

Seem to be of good quality, have not got to wear them on the bike yet but do not go by the sizing chart I ordered a 38 after measuring my waist and they are way to big. Should of just stuck with what everyone says and ordered one size up I normally wear 32 sometimes 34 jeans depending on maker. waist was like a 38.5 so I went with the 38, but oh well very comfortable in the thighs as to wear if I went smaller they may be a little tight.

Great quality product, exactly as advertised.Sizing chart is spot on. I wear a 36x36 in most jeans so I ordered a 40, fits over my jeans like it was tailor made for me. I cut about 1" off of the length and they are perfect.I am military and stationed overseas I was worried it would take forever to get them to me. From the day I ordered it only took 6 calander days to receive the pants. This is the second Milwaukee Leather product I've purchased and the second time I am very pleased with the quality and service I've received. 10/10 will by from them again.
