Leather is good quality but the jacket runs small. My Grandson wears a boys size 10 - 12 in clothes, but needed an XXL in this jacket.

My kiddo is a pretty average sized 9 year old. We measured him and put him in the size that closest fit his measurements. He now LIVES in this jacket -- on or off the bike! Very nicely made.

Great jacket - owner loves it - size purchased fit an average 6/7 with having to do a cuff roll - considering the cost I wanted it a little big so this worked for us

After trying and returning a handful of faux leather jackets that were all (for lack of a better word) fake, I went ahead and got this. The knock-offs just weren't styled right - narrow chest, long sleeves, long through the hip. It felt like they were all cut from generic girls' jacket patterns and then get a bunch of zippers added. But the Mikwaukee leather jacket is proper rock'n'roll stuff. The fit is right, the feel is right, the weight is right, even the smell is right. And the quality materials and construction will hold up, so when the kid outgrows it we can pass it along (or resell)!

I originally ordered an XL jacket for my son based on measurements from the size chart and recommendations from one of the sellers reps. An added bonus was getting the jacket on 3 payments from Amazon. The jacket showed up smelling like leather should, maybe a little off. Unfortunately it didn't fit even the slightest. I set up a return but now I'm told no payments are available. I call the seller and see if I can trade the jacket for the right size so I can still get the payment plan. I mean, being a single dad isn't easy. Nope, they can't help me. Evidentally, a size problem is Amazon's problem and the return is handled by Amazon. I return the jacket to Amazon for a credit of my payment but see that there was a returned 4x jacket in the warehouse for $26.00. That is 2 sizes bigger than I originally ordered. I ordered based on chest size when I should have ordered based on the largest diameter of my son which was his belly. I take a chance on the customer return jacket not knowing if it has any rips or other damage. After all, it's just $26 not $99 I was willing to pay. The jacket showed up today. Yes, it looks broken in but no damage. It smells great and some leather treatment will make it perfect. My son loves it. No chance it will fit him next season but even pleather jackets of an decent quality were twice the price for this leather. I mark this one off as a win.

Jacket looked great. After reading sizing reviews I ordered correct size. Fit perfectly, however dye came off jacket and everything it came in contact with became black. Returned.

I returned the first coat bc everyone said it ran small. 3xl was probably about a size 8. 10 tops. My kid is an 8. I got a 5xl so my kid could grow w it. It fits like a large. Maybe a kids 14. It wide and his arms are long. But I put it on to do Chris Farleys fat man in a little coat and this lady who wears a large could put it on with out a problem.Ad soon I sent the first coat back the new one came in like 2 days. Amazing service

Amazing quality, xl fits my 8 year an large fits my 7 year old. I bought an xxs for my 2 year old and the sleeves were 5 inches too long, may fit a 4 year old. I don't know if it makes a difference but the xxs was labeled "genuine leather" not "Milwaukee leather". I have the adult versions of these and they are by far the best leather I've seen yet. The boys size jackets are every bit the quality of the adult. No other kids leather compares. I have had "interstate leather" which was a ver stiff cheap leather, the leather finish started flaking off after it got wet the first time, looked like 20 year old jacket in 3 months. Sizing was terrible, was too short for the size, size 8 and 10 were the same size one was a little wider shoulders. I've had "dream apparel" leather for them, large fit better on my 7 year old but was still too short in the torso, finish still started flaking off but not as bad, probably because he didn't wear it much because he felt self-conscious about the fit. The size 10 "interstate leather looked like a girls jacket because it was so short in the torso. The "Milwaukee leather" fit both boys perfect. Proportioned very well. You will never find a higher quality leather in a kids jacket.
