The M12 REDLITHIUM HIGH OUTPUT XC5.0 package appears to be legitimate and of high quality. Upon a side-by-side comparison, the packaging from the Amazon seller on the left is identical to the one purchased from Home Depot on the right, which is marked with a clear tape tab. The battery works perfectly right out of the package with no issues. It's priced well and seems to be an authentic M12 REDLITHIUM HIGH OUTPUT XC5.0 battery. Highly recommended!

I bought this from INDUSTRIAL TOOLS, and I received it in its ORIGINAL packaging, I opened up the battery to double check and saw the purple-lavenderish color 18650 batteries that Samsung makes and Milwaukee uses for these batteries. I put it in my M12 Impact and it fired up and could feel how strong these little 5..0 batteries are. I am very VERY happy with my purchase and would definitely buy from this seller again and I recommend buying from this seller, I can't speak for the other sellers, but this seller did sell me an authentic battery and sent it to me in a very reasonable time.

You can really feel the difference. As powerful as my mid torque milwaukee impact with a 5amp 18v. Now I tear the car apart for fun just to have an excuse to use this on my stubby.

They were real Milwaukees, came in real factory packaging, they perform as expected, hold a charge for way longer than the standard ones, and work better for harder jobs.

It does seem of lower value when compared to the aftermarket models. Milwaukee cordless tools run an encrypted signal between the tool, the battery and the charger. There is work on breaking the encryption because it’s clear Milwaukee is up to something but I have t seen much movement. The end result is the tool will mark and reject a battery that doesn’t talk the right language. The charger will do the same. The Milwaukee branded battery does meet the stated capacity as far as I can tell and seems to handle the best on tight use cycles.

Exelentes batería si tienes cualquier herramienta m12 yo lo uso en el taladro y atornillador de impacto de 3era generación fuel y funcionan perfectamente sobre todo el taladro que con una batería de 2 amperes realmente no haces nada más que poner uno que otro tornillo pero con estas maravillas taladras concreto como con uno a cable y la batería dura bastante desente con el impacto no se diga realmente súper práctico y el tamaño es lo mejor muy liviano y compacto
