Just received my 1/2 drive impact today. Like others have said the box had no packing material in it. I guess my delivery was cautious. No holes the box.only thing I wish was I read the listing better. I’m used the brush less battery tools. So we’ll see how it goes. The only other complaint and it’s not really a big one. Is I bought the kit impact, Battery, and charger. I received the impact today. The Battery won’t be here for another. 7to 10 days and the charge at the end of the month. You would have thought if you buy the all 3 option they would have come together on the same day. And she the same impact that comes with a Milwaukee back. I’ll repost when I get to use the impact.

This is a heavy duty, powerful hand tool- far superior to the pneumatic tools I've used in the past. And Milwaukee quality is well worth the price

Good torque, used it to remove lugs from multiple vehicles without any issues, I was under the assumption that this older cheaper model wasn't a brushless motor but I was pleasantly surprised that it is actually brushless. Really good value compared to other "budget" impacts even.

This thing has 450 lb of torque. And it's tightening torque. I don't think it quite puts out 450 to take things off. Like truck lugs. Great Gun happy I bought it. For aftermarket batteries cheap and it all works fine together. Nice tool professionally used

Exactly what I needed. Older model, good price and has plenty of power. I suggest also ordering the high output battery or at least an 8ah battery. Burns through batteries.

Impact gun works great has lots of power battery’s last good time only complaint is that it’s hard to get sockets on have to line it up perfectly to go on especially when new and it’s heavy a lot to hold onto in weird position but over all good product for price point
