I love this quick connect coupler. It did take me a little bit to figure out where to place it in my system. At first I tried using it on the end of the hose the nail gun was attached to. That didn't work for me because it was too easy to slide the coupler and cut off the air. Works great attached to my compressor where the hose attached. Takes multiple styles of connectors, big plus if I'm borrowing stuff or someone brings their own equipment. Better yet it will bleed off the air pressure so it's easy to disconnect or attach hoses or tools. I use a different multi connector for the end of the hose, so I don't cut my air off as I grab or drag it around. Great value.

I had a frustrating mix of M type, V type and others in my collection and was getting frustrated because V type wouldn’t lock into my Milton brass M type quick connects. I finally found these and they are perfect! They connect to 5 different types of fittings and you can release the air in the tool or connected device without the hose going flying across the garage. Now these live on every drop and end of every hose in my system. Milton adding the rubber rings really helps them not get all scuffed up when you drop them or drag them across the floor, which is very nice that they thought of that. Disregard the photo Amazon has, this version has the rubber rings too. The photos are a mix of the male and female threaded versions through my garage.

Do yourself a favor and buy one of these cool little gadgets. A lot safer and quieter than the old way and looks really cool. Well worth it!

This is by far the best of all, the feature where you can cut the air in the coupler without unhooking from the hose is to me an awesome feature.

Working in an Autobody shop my entire career. I have pretty much used every kind of air fitting out there. I got a few of these for my home shop. The build quality is amazing. They work on every style air fitting, but high volume fittings. They are a little bulky in diameter. But the connection is solid. And the sliding air shut off is great. For any older tools that leak a little air.If you are working with various air tools and have different air fittings. It’s great that you don’t have to change them out. Especially nice if you take your work tools home for a project. And your work fittings, are different then your home tool fittings.

Makes coupling and decoupling very easy and safe. Changed over all my couplings to this design.

This exhaust coupler does what is intended. However, the advertising for this on several videos is deceiving. They obviously demonstrate this device at a low pressure. Try off-loading the pressure at 175 psi and it sounds like a shotgun blast if you pull back on the relief collar too quickly. This could be better designed where ROTATING the collar of the exhaust valve allows for a controlled, graduated air escape especially at high pressures. Hopefully, Milton considers this in a Version 2.Unlike others have reported, an air leak test proved negative on Day 1.

There are great devices and are very easy to connect/disconnect. The locking collar stays in position to accept the next connector when it releases a connector. The male connector inserts very easily. These are really a joy to use. There is no more struggle to pull the collar into position while trying to jam the male connector into it.One caveat: the slider to relieve pressure in the line before disconnecting a tool must be returned to its closed position before the connector will allow air to flow through it. The slider must be moved down to relieve pressure in the line before disconnecting a tool. Once the tool is disconnected, the slider must be moved up to its closed position or it won't allow air to flow when the next tool is connected. The pressure release feature is a very good thing and is very, very simple and easy to operate. It is no hassle at all.The fact that this item works with 5 different types of male connectors is beyond useful. It eliminates the need to change out the male connectors on tools because it is not compatible with the female connector on the air supply hose. Even if your connectors are all compatible, that may not be the case with a new or used air tool you acquire. Or perhaps a friend is working in your shop with his/her own air tools. With these connectors, it won't matter what male connectors he has on tools.
