MILTON 14-Piece A-Style Color Fit now offers a customized color-coded system that allows for easy matching of couplers and plugs, among the range of standard Industrial pneumatic air coupler quick connects. Great way to solve that annoying problem of potential cross-contamination between different air lines. By dedicating certain colors to different air lines, this will eliminate the risk of mixing a lubricated line with a dry air line which will prolong your applications and help to quickly finish any project. Each piece is coated with Anodized Green aluminum and heavy-duty steel sleeves to prevent scratches or dulling of the coupler and plug after use. Compared to Legacy ColorConnex A71457B.

COMPATIBILITY:
ColorFit A-style couplers and plugs are compatible with traditional Milton A-style couplers and plugs, competitor A-style couplers and plugs, and competitor green couplers and plugs. All threaded connections are 1/4"" NPT.

Good connectors. For the price you'd think they would be brass but the aluminum seals up well. The females don't seem to leak yet anyway. I'm satisfied.

I like these they are a good assortment, only one issue some are hard to get apart, when you want to uncouple you have to pull them apart, although there are NO leaks

I originally bought the Amazon basics kit. 20 or so dollars, didnt think that was bad. Well they never perfectly sealed, the quick connects, sometimes when you disconnected the tool all the air came out, loose fit, some even broke within a week. This kit the green one from Milton was the same price, excellent fitment, snug quick connect, ZERO leaks and seems to hold up nicely so far. Fittings leaking is a pet peeve and these hopefully will stop it for a while to come

It’s hard to locate aero type in big box retail. These are great for y applications. All I have use in my air tools for 30 years or more. I have colored all my other metal finished couplers now so I don’t mix up. Finally have everything matched. I have a lot of air tools and these work great.

These air fittings are aluminum I believe and are of an excellent quality, fit and finish. I outfitted my brad nailer hoses, my compressor and a couple of my air nailers. Works perfect and everything you need is in one kit.

Im very happy with the performance of these fittings/couplers. One thing that did disappoint me a little is that you must pull release sleeve back to connect. All my other couplers that use the A-style fittings have always been push to connect.

Alas, my first purchase for my new compressor showed my inexperience with this subject matter, as I did not realise there are several different types of connections. With the little I played with these before sending back, I was impressed with the solid feel and reassuringly positive “click” when coupling together.

there are newer fittings with a higher flow. but if you have the type "A" milton connectors already, i have over 40 on tools and hoses these are the ones.they are milton quality. you might find some as good, but none betterpart of me want the higher air flow ones... if i was starting new i would buy those.. milton type "M". these have worked very well for decades..., just can't justify the expense
