The photo of the product makes it look more glossy, but not at all. Also, it's actually VERY thick to the point that the watch's button end up being flush with the case so you can't really press them well anymore...So overall it fails both convenience and look, I don't recommend it, find something else. It does fit the FR955 though... if you don't take into account the flush buttons problem.Also, I just realized the seller for this item doesn't seem to take returns...

Screen protector has to be ordered separate but fits well under the Mimall guard. Guard is durable and fits my Forerunner 955 well. Sits a bit higher than the screen so even with no scree protector you get some protection.

The only complaint is it is a little bulky, but it completely protects the watch so much, you almost don't need a screen protector.

This is good protection for the watch, but the inside edge covers part of the solar halo on the watch face.

If you are like me and dump into things with your watch hand then this will keep it looking good. I banged my wrist pretty hard and the cover got a small mark but not the watch. I like to keep my things looking nice and this Def helps.

Not compatible with 955 Solar: it cover the solar panel, so the watch doesn't charge outdoors...Update: the protection should work fine with 955 non-solar

After having damaged my Forerunner 935 by bumping into a brick wall corner I decided to "cap" my watch so this wouldn't happen again. So my Forerunner 945 had one of these case protectors. But I didn't like it; too brittle, cracked after too short a time. Tried other TPU case protectors and they were too flexible (and fell off). Now for my Forerunner 955 I found this case protector and it's the perfect Goldilocks solution: not too stiff/brittle, not too flexible. Absolutely love it. Well-made, flexible enough to be taken off and on (to clean the FR) without fear of breaking.Now to see if I can find something equally as nice for my other Garmin watches!5 stars.

This protector is fine for the 955 but it is not suitable for the 955 Solar as it blocks the solar cell ring.

I bought this soft TPU case and I did not expect much. The case itself is made very well. Clean lines and good materials. Looks great, pictures don't do it justice. I would get another one to replace this one if I ever need to, but its so durable it seems like it will last a lifetime.
